Ha ha..I didn’t understand “spoons” at first.
May I ask what clinic/doctor did you go to that diagnosed you?
I love the relationship advice-so good!

I'm currently in the process of getting a diagnosis. The spoon therory is something I bring up a lot when trying to explain how I feel. It does make you feel insane. Like can I really not do this task? or am I just lazy? It's hard for loved ones to understand and I feel like a lot of the times they actually don't believe you when you say you can't do something.

Absolutely!! It is so overwhelming, especially when you feel like you're on your own and nobody understands

Can people do intermittent fasting or water fasting with Cushings?? I can't find an answer ANYWHERE 😢
Please if anyone can leave an answer..

personally, I don't recommend it. You can't lose weight with Cushings without professional treatment. Please don't do this without speaking to a professional doctor.

@@Chronicallyyours_ thank you for such a fast reply. I appreciate it.
One more question..if you have time to answer..can cushings cause an intense burning sensation in the brain? I feel like my brain and face are on fire a lot.

@@wastingtimeonyoutube. They cause heat rashes but not burning in the brain- i would see a neurologist for that!!

I'm having such a tough time being diagnosed but I fit literally all the symptoms. I don't know what else to do.

I would see an endocrinologist who you can trust and ask for a cortisol workup - take multiple salivas and 24 hour urines!
