- I love intermittent fasting and have been eating mostly OMAD since June 2020. Even though OMAD is my standard, I love being flexible in my schedule and will at times have variations to keep things interesting. I have lost weight, got into a healthy weight range for my height and maintained the weight loss for over 3 years! I love to share the flexibility and peace offered through intermittent fasting.

I have hypothyroidism and take my pill everyday. On my first 72 hour fast and I feel great. Will see what my PCP says this week.❤
I’m trying fasting 16:8 again. I’m going on day 4, I think I did to much the first time. This time I’m solely focusing on fasting and getting better!

We can call you experienced faster by now . What suggestion would you give to woman, what r optimal fasting hours for women to keep her hormones healthy . Do you find 48- 72h r safe ?
