Without mentioning the passenger is probably on there illegally, it seems pretty wild for the bicycle (electric or not) to be on there, but what rule would prohibit it? Judging by the green signs it seems it's still an A-road, not a motorway, so bicycles would be allowed. They should keep to the left and use a helmet but even those aren't requirements. That being said I'm always amazed seeing this kind of filtering on a motorcycle, you clearly have the finesse but don't you ever worry one of the cars will do something stupid and hit you? It feels like a gamble for a low speed accident (so damage not death) car after car.
Cyclists are given a free pass on practically every kind of traffic violation. Jumping red lights, not stopping for pedestrians at crossings, riding on the pavement. Then you would require the rare sight of a Corporate Police Office in the wild to then proceed to enforce the law.......... Merry Christmas Jo Biker ride safe.
When I was growing up in the 1970s I got stopped a couple of times by the police and told off for riding on the pavement (I knew it was wrong but that was kind of the attraction) I don't know when or why it has changed.

E-bikes- whose idea was that!
E-bike it may be but it's keeping ahead of a Speed Twin even with a "pillion" passenger! 😆
In London you keep as much distance as you possibly can from an e-bike. You're welcome 😊👍🏻
Pretty sure overtaking on the left at 0.15 isnt allowed either.
'undertaking'
That's a weird way to tell us you ride illegal e-bikes 😂
@@JoBikerbonnieBatteries blowing up, too risky, I'll stick to petrol. 🤣
pretty sure that's filtering not undertaking (or 'overtaking on the left'). ;)
