Let me know what you guys think of the Filofax notebooks, do you use one? How have you got on with it?
So far I'm loving using this as my bullet journal, I was very much missing being able to pop pages in and out of my planner.

MyGreenCow do something like diary creative journaling
liking that trick for getting paper which is not punched to fit in with the binder!
FYI, the ARC hole punch works with this notebook, so the arc disks would also work as storage later. I have a filofax notebook, mines blue, I use it as a recipe notebook, but thinking of using it as a planner for next year.
I was on the fence if I should get a refillable notebook. You have convinced me to go ahead and get one!
This is GORGEOUS! My last filofax planner I had was my very first, and had in 1996. Hahahahah. It's ancient and weathered but I can't throw it away. I love it. I do love this concept of a Happy Planner style ring bound planner, but smaller rings. Great video--you are SO artistic!!
Great review. I like the idea of making a dashboard. I bought the pastel pink A5 and set it up for my household routines just last week. Really enjoying having it out in the kitchen to refer to. Not too bulky. I bought the 2018 year planner page to keep a track of which Flylady cleaning zone we are in next year and to track the decluttering of our house.
I bought one of these notebooks a few weeks ago because it was too pretty to resist! I had no idea what I was going to use it for but now I think I'm going to give this a try. Thanks for sharing! 😊

I love this. I use a classic size happy planner with a hard cover for my bullet journal and I have the smaller arc system notebooks for other things but the arc notebooks with the hard backs don't flip around flat..if that makes sense lol. But I love the size of this. and yes, moving stuff around is key for me!
I love Filofax, I wish they were easier to buy here in Australia.

Gorgeous set up flower! Where did you get those wonderful days-of-the-week stamps from? I've been looking for something a bit different to try in my BuJo & I love that they're "arced" rather than just straight ;) xx
Thanks for this review, I really like this notebook and think it would be super smart for work. I might have to treat myself, my excuse being I broke my shoulder 4 weeks ago and still have a lot of recovery to do so could do with a pick me up and this is just my cup of tea.

I've decided to get the ring bound note book as I already have a hole punch for the rings. I've just got to decide which colour. I'm going to use it for my Christmas planner (I've been watching Anna's latest video lol).

I'm so glad it helped you decide! They are from Studio Calico, I'm not sure if you can get them anymore as I got them a while ago. But it might be worth a look because they are great! 😊
This is way better than the leuchtrum bullet journal- finally i can rip/ take pages out without worrying about the ugly center thingie... hah! btw great review on the rose gold bullet journal- filofax finally made a slim journal :O it was really annoying how the ring binders would make them all bulky but this looks perfect- the rings still function as binders at least...
Phil0s0raptor- I just searched it up and- are you sure the paper attached to the discs won't just... fall off? hah, I am such a newbie- it's actually the first time I have seen something like this! now that i have seen this it really looks awesome... just afraid that all the pages would just fall off tbh hah!

It's AWESOME how you can make your own note books without having to worry about a permanent cover you may want to change- again, thanks for the brilliant suggestion hah :P
Daisy, Thanks, this is such a great option. Question: What's the paper like? Rumour has it Filofax has upped their paper quality.
Heather Morrison I have to agree that this paper is a lot better quality compared to their Filofax inserts! There's very slight ghosting but no bleed through what so ever with the pens I used 😊👌🏻

Super beautiful! However, I do have one concern; do the pages easily come out? Because you've cut slits into them, will they come out on their own? It looks very secure, so I'll say so!
Rose Li the odd one pops out every now and again but nothing that would put me off it 😊
They are definitely more secure than they look, because each spiral is a double piece of wire, they hold the pages really well!

I'm not in a bullet journal anymore, but I was in this for quite a long time! Honestly I'm pretty sure I'll go back to using it somewhen because I enjoyed it. I just needed something a little bigger to store work plans in, so decided to move everything into one big planner instead. I think if you are wanting to try bullet journaling as a planning system, using one of these Filofax notebooks with the removeable pages is a really good place to start when you're figuring out what works best for you 😊
