I love loading up rows of 6-8 salsa cups from the salsa bar at a time with the big ladle. I will end up with like 32 cups of salsa 😂. They need to stop playing and give out bigger salsa cups!!!
Taco Cabana breakfast tacos are a staple when my company is throwing a breakfast spread. Of course, we have to be working in the office and not from home. Everyone loves them.
I live in Southern California, and there are many many many family-owned Mexican-themed fast food restaurants; many are open all night long, too. When you're in Carlsbad, CA, try Vallarta Express for great drive-up choices. Don't let the line of cars put you off; their there because the food is so good.
Jim Boy Tacos originally out of Lake Tahoe, Ca. Now scattered around Northern California and Nevada. Their tacos have Parmesan on the outside and are greasy. Yummy!
I just love to go to Jack in the Box for their tacos. I'm sure there is some drug in them. Not even sure what the mystery meat is, but have been eating them for 50 years. On a long drive I will buy 10 and enjoy them for miles and miles.
I was one of the first customers at Rubio's in San Diego. I've been a faithful customer ever since. The fish tacos are authentic. Rubio's reminds me of going to Baja as a teen. San Felipe, or Cabo. Great tacos and Baja style food. Two thumbs up.
Ok so that stuff they said about the Double Decker Taco? Take everything they said and reverse it. It does NOT fall apart. The outer layer keeps it from falling apart! It's literally the only way I'll eat Doritos Locos tacos. THOSE things fall apart, but this keeps it in place. On another note, I think the only thing I've had from Taco Bell that was bad was the Mexican Pizza. Well other than the aforementioned Doritos Locos tacos that fall apart and barely add much in terms of flavor. A little bit, but not enough.
Rubio's Blackened Mahi Mahi Tacos were so good when I first had one (keep in mind I was from the East Coast from a time we'd never HEARD of a "weird ass fish taco)... that I wrote the company to thank them. In fact, if I ever win Lotto, after taking care of my kids and other obligations, the FIRST place in flying to is Southern California to have some Rubio's!!!
@@ThaHammieJaassee it has beef derived flavoring so its still not vegetarian. Most veggies I know still eat them, though, since the "meat" is very minimal.
A place near me in Florida called Tijuana Flats makes some nice big tacos with beef, steak, and chicken .. and a great selection of hot sauces as well!
In Los Angeles and the surrounding areas everywhere you go there is an authentic family-owned Mexican fast-food restaurant better than all of the places mentioned in the video.
Well I still prefer Carl's Jr to Taco Bell. My favorites are Del Taco, Taco Bueno and Taco Johns. Also Taco Casa (both the Texas and Alabama restaurants, they're 2 separate chains). Tacotime is good too. Moes is like Del Taco if they ran it like Subway and made it right in front of you.
While I agree that Jack In The Box tacos are the best in class, Taco Bell's tacos are decent. But Burger King's tacos are not bad at all. They are quite crispy and tasty with delicious sauce. That's why they are still on the menu to this day. People like Burger King's tacos. I know I do.
We live in Albuquerque NM Taco Cabana, Del Taco with Carbon Tacos with Steak, Bob's Taco Burgers, Hurricanes Taco Burgers. We love the Soft Corn Tortilla, Jack in the Box Tacos are yummy too 🥰. We love Mexican Food. We have Taco Night once a month whether we make them or order out. We are big on Enchiladas, Beef with Xmas which is Red and Green Chili Sauce. Our favorite is Hatch Chili. Can't wait for Chili Roasting Season 🥰
The best taco is the Barstow Del Taco found only in Barstow California. The original founder was able to keep the tacos like they were back in the 1960s. So the meat is real the cheese is real and two tacos will fill up a grown man/woman.
The Jack in the Box taco is the worst menu item I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from a fast food joint in my life! Who the hell puts a slice of American Cheese in a taco? You should be sent to prison for such an offense!
Worked at Jack in the Box for years. Their tacos are unauthentic, greasy, unhealthy, and inexplicably cravable. And they were a good value. Related: the original double-sized Super Taco had a FANTASTIC chunky salsa that was MUCH better than the standard hot sauce. We also used it on the Ranchero Omelette. 😋😋 But their BEST taco "thing" was the Taco Salad. DELICIOUS seasoned ground beef, sharp cheddar, and a tasty chunky salsa over shredded lettuce. As an employee, you could put on extra toppings and make a great taco salad even BETTER. They were quite popular, don't know why they got rid of them and don't bring them back. The Chef Salad was also REALLY good, and I'm not much of a "salad guy".
Unless they're good tacos they dont count as being good tacos. Actual Mexican joints are all over some of the southern states.... good taco trucks are all over too.
I love the Burger King crispy taco even more that the Jack in the Box (2 for 99Cents) tacos with extra hot sauce. The Burger King taco has a much better shell, but they're both good. I really liked the now discontinued Jack in the Box Super Taco from '80s and Monster Tacos. I like Taco Bell and Del Taco tacos (with sour cream); Taco Bell's Taco Supremes and double decker tacos when they had them.
Phoenix, Arizona! Reply if you have better insight: If you are in the Scottsdale or Chandler, Arizona area (near Phoenix, Arizona), the fish tacos from Heaven are at Coconut's. The best "dirty" street tacos are in Phoenix at Speedy Tacos near the airport. The best small tacos with minimal ingredients you'd want to order in lots of 5 are at Taco Mich (16th St & McDowell), while the best tacos for their fresh tortillas are nearby at Tacos Sahuaro. For just plain great Mexican food, try Just Tacos and More. Unless you're awake with cravings at 2 A.M., in which case Filiberto's will stuff your gut with grease and love.

I love loading up rows of 6-8 salsa cups from the salsa bar at a time with the big ladle. I will end up with like 32 cups of salsa 😂. They need to stop playing and give out bigger salsa cups!!!
Jack in the Box tacos are the crack of the taco world.😋
Not putting Taco Johns tacos on a list of best fast food tacos is like not including Lincoln on a list of best US presidents of the 1860s.
So true.
Taco Cabana breakfast tacos are a staple when my company is throwing a breakfast spread. Of course, we have to be working in the office and not from home. Everyone loves them.
El Pollo Loco is my favorite by far.
Unfortunately, I now live in the east coast and the next best is Moe's. Thanks for the vlog.
“Flaming” Moe?
I live in Southern California, and there are many many many family-owned Mexican-themed fast food restaurants; many are open all night long, too. When you're in Carlsbad, CA, try Vallarta Express for great drive-up choices. Don't let the line of cars put you off; their there because the food is so good.
You completely missed Taco Johns. The have the best Sierra Taco and is absolutely amazing!!!!
Jim Boy Tacos originally out of Lake Tahoe, Ca. Now scattered around Northern California and Nevada. Their tacos have Parmesan on the outside and are greasy. Yummy!
Jimboy's in Marysville is a regular stop for me.
Dairy Queen tacos..days bomb! That's what I love about Texas!!
I just love to go to Jack in the Box for their tacos. I'm sure there is some drug in them. Not even sure what the mystery meat is, but have been eating them for 50 years. On a long drive I will buy 10 and enjoy them for miles and miles.
There is no meat in Jack in the box tacos everyone knows that they are made from soy ick ick and yuk
What's wrong with soy?
"Who doesn't love Chipotle?"
Me.
Jimboy’s tacos are the best fast food tacos. Crispy tortilla, seasoned beef and just the right amount of grease...perfect!
Totally agree. I thought I was the only one here who has tasted the awesomeness of JImboys.
The taco al carbon is my FAVORITE Pollo Loco menu item. They're small but really tasty.
In fact, if I ever win Lotto, after taking care of my kids and other obligations, the FIRST place in flying to is Southern California to have some Rubio's!!!
jack in the box tacos >> any other taco
fun fact it takes 10cents to produce a taco and also the beef isnt beef its soy
hell yeah 😎 capitalism
@@ThaHammieJaassee it has beef derived flavoring so its still not vegetarian. Most veggies I know still eat them, though, since the "meat" is very minimal.
A place near me in Florida called Tijuana Flats makes some nice big tacos with beef, steak, and chicken .. and a great selection of hot sauces as well!
Where is Taco Johns”?
I only eat Taco Bell food when I'm constipated.
That will cure the crap out of you.
SAME! I get backed up when I travel, so I always visit a Taco Bell to clear everything out. Works like a charm.
Hahaha
I've never had stomach problems from Taco Bell.
😹 i know the consequences but I continue eating there
In Los Angeles and the surrounding areas everywhere you go there is an authentic family-owned Mexican fast-food restaurant better than all of the places mentioned in the video.
@javi ruiz Although, it seems like the makers of this vid are from LA. Or at least mostly. A lot of the restaurants mentioned are LA based.
King taco, my friend. 2 Carnitas tacos, 2 tacos al pastor, 1 pork tamale. Onions, cilantro, lime, and red sauce.
I live in the outer part of Houston and we have taco trucks and Mexican restaurants, way better than everywhere else plus it feels like I’m at home😌
Not at 3am like jack in the box
thats why "fast food" is in the title
Well I still prefer Carl's Jr to Taco Bell. My favorites are Del Taco, Taco Bueno and Taco Johns. Also Taco Casa (both the Texas and Alabama restaurants, they're 2 separate chains). Tacotime is good too. Moes is like Del Taco if they ran it like Subway and made it right in front of you.
I like how Taco Johns isn’t even on the list.
Shredded beef taco at Senor Taco in Arizona is #1.
Rubio's fish tacos are good when it comes to larger chain restaurants.
6:46...you eat at Chipotle you will flushing more than money down the toilet! 😂😂 Thanks folks, I’ll be here all week, be sure to tip your waitress!!!
I just ate dinner and now i'm hungry again. Thanks
Very well-written, especially the first half of the video.
Oh that burger king mess is awful. Tried one and couldn't get it down. "meat?" it was more like dogfood from a can.
The Double Decker tacos were a favorite...sad to lose them.
I'll say what people are really thinking, where are the Taco John's street tacos? Also Taco Bell soft tacos are better than crunchy in my opinion.
Baja fresh are still in business?
1. Dairy Queen tacos
2. Taco Bell tacos
3. Jack in the Box tacos ... 😀 🔥
Thanks for sharing
The best taco is the Barstow Del Taco found only in Barstow California. The original founder was able to keep the tacos like they were back in the 1960s. So the meat is real the cheese is real and two tacos will fill up a grown man/woman.
The Jack in the Box taco is the worst menu item I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from a fast food joint in my life! Who the hell puts a slice of American Cheese in a taco? You should be sent to prison for such an offense!
Taco John's my favorite
Yes my favorite to..potato olé with cheese
they are the best.
But their BEST taco "thing" was the Taco Salad.
The US really has a ton of options for tacos. I'm a little jealous
Unless they're good tacos they dont count as being good tacos. Actual Mexican joints are all over some of the southern states.... good taco trucks are all over too.
Awsome Video
I love the Burger King crispy taco even more that the Jack in the Box (2 for 99Cents) tacos with extra hot sauce. The Burger King taco has a much better shell, but they're both good.
I really liked the now discontinued Jack in the Box Super Taco from '80s and Monster Tacos.
I like Taco Bell and Del Taco tacos (with sour cream); Taco Bell's Taco Supremes and double decker tacos when they had them.
I love the Burger King Taco. I don't what they expect from a $1.00 taco.
I agreed with your Burger King assessment... but then with the double-decker taco, you got on the fighting side of me. That's one of my favorites.
Acting like the double decker is still a thing... It's been discontinued for a while
Phoenix, Arizona!
You got to try backyard tacos over in Mesa they have several locations
You should of put Freebirds but it's a tiny chain not many here in LA. Kind of like Moe's but a bit more better when it comes to quality
I'm on my third day of fasting. These are looking so goooooood
Oh no! Lol
