Even if you don't play *AS* Mario, it can still be considered a variant of the Mario platformer formula and was called called Super Mario World 2. Also, in 1995 it did add to the Bowser fighting sub-genre as the intro to fighting browser in a separate foreground/background, and the Magi-Kupa powder enhancement for Bowser. So it did contribute to the evolution of Bowser fights.

RiceKrispie 1268 glad i wasnt the only one.but the DS remake really made the game more child suited by removing the cheep cheeps glasses or whatever its meant to be and changing bowsers final form (with his colours on his body and black shell etc) back to his usual form
Zakaria Bettahar, yeah but I wasn’t really a fan of the remake, you get more nostalgia from 64 version if you played that first. I didn’t really like bowser like that, because him and Mario had that unique sprite that they won’t have. Plus I didn’t like how slow he moves in Ds version, yeah he was big but look at galaxies or 3D land or 3D world, his body was a big as the Ds and they could go a. But faster. Just in my opinion, you get more of the nostalgia. Hope most people can agree with that, yeah I will give kudos for some of the graphics but you know, the nostalgia hits me in the face.

I think it's really cool, u can always look up a picture. Just got to google images and type mario and Luigi bowser's inside story cake ending or something like that and ull find bowsers cake, hopefully!😜
