There are no wild horses. They belong to the equestrian center in wild horse pass. There is only one way if you are going to the North to get out of the city and they keep building. Terrible accidents on 347.

This place is pretty much a shithole I've lived here ever since 2012 all I could say is if you haven't moved here yet don't move here you won't regret it it fucking sucks ass here.
Unfortunately no, it's been described the way it's,again high cost of utilities,bad smell and the biggest surprise was that I have to pay a new registration for my car over $400 dollars,when I was living in PA I was playing only 36,so I ending up braking my lease after only 6 months living in Maricopa,it was a very bad experience for my wife and I living in AZ.
Update: my uncle n i jus got racial profiled the other day eye ballin us like we gon steal....smh maricopa have nothing steal? What for? I swear to buddha wile this white lady (no racial) was tweakin her a** off she gets unnoticed...

I live here in Maricopa, Utility isn't that much, and yes you can smell the Dairy Farms. But after about a month you get used to it!

Stay clear of Rancho El Dorado in Maricopa... the HOAs are out of control and involved in litigation from homeowners. Be careful!
