It's amazing how easy it was to repurpose that old bike rack and it worked fantastically. I drove across the country and never had any issues with this set-up. Thanks for Watching!
That was a fun project but some of my other videos have other modifications you might be interested in seeing for the 18M. Look at my Thor sanctuary modification videos for more ideas. Thanks for Watching!
I was looking at the Road Ready wheel testimonies or reviews and have seen conflicting info on whether it does fit, something about the guide studs not fitting. I saw a mention of if the brake caliper would be an issue. Being that it was for a spare I imagine you haven't tried mounting it to see if it was a correct fit. We have a Sequence 20 A and are checking the options. Your idea is pretty cool.
Interesting, I had not heard that but I did mount the rim on the Tellaro to ensure it fit and that the tools I purchased all worked. I only just set it on and then took it right off without actually test driving or tightening it down. Thanks for Watching!
what type of bike rack and where would one find the one or type you used? Need one. Is the hitch extender still usable as a hitch if you were gonna pull? Is this a Swingman or Swagman and what model identifier? Definitely need one to turn into a tire mount for the coach we are getting. Do you have a list of the parts you used?
The bike rack I used was a swagman I had laying in the garage and the hitch extender is easy to remove should you want to. There are other foldable tire mounts listed for sale on Amazon or eBay. Thanks for Watching!
I think that may be possible as well but you need to consider the max weight limit of the bike rack as you may not be able to carry both the spare tire and bikes. Thanks for Watching!
Well come on that comment practically writes itself.... you didn't expect me to let that one go by did you?... I know you'll delete it... LOL...if you do have a 23 year old son you definitely look good for a minimum of 40 years old... that's for the comment the guy said he's not buying the fact you have a 23-year-old son ....but you didn't let him have it... you just calmly said thank you for the compliment.... if I was filming my house being destroyed I'd have been really upset in my commentary...and I live in Sarasota so obviously we did not get the horrible damage that happened down where you are at and further south.... this is horrible
This has been a life save thank you for the tips and tricks! Loved this video!!!

Hi I don’t even remember if the rig comes with the tool to change tire?
The Thor Tellaro doesn't come with the spare tire or the tools to change the tire or the jack.

Awesome idea after one year how is it working out?
Hello Ray, It worked out great for the time that I owned the RV however I have now purchased a Thor Sanctuary. Thanks for Watching!
Can you still put bikes on the van mounted bike rack?
Absolutely, there is no issue with using the bike rack with this spare tire set-up. Thanks for watching!
What about modifying the Thule bike rack already on the Tellaro?
I think that may be possible as well but you need to consider the max weight limit of the bike rack as you may not be able to carry both the spare tire and bikes. Thanks for Watching!
Damn I like her.
Thank you for watching!
Pretty ingenious. But I’m not buying she is old enough to have a twenty five year old son. Nice try.
Thanks for the compliment and thanks for watching!
