Glad Macklemore and Ran Lewis' Thrift Shop got onto this list, loved that song when I was in school and still do now, ace tune. I also think that "Gentleman" by Psy should've been on this list as it's just as good as Gangnam Style if not better.
If I never hear Bad Guy ever again I would die a happy man. When you sold the rights to the song to be played on BT advertising you killed it. It's like nails on chalk board every time that commercial comes on.
I've been stuck in the 90s since well...the 90s so I hadn't even heard at least half these tunes but did dig Gangnam Style when it came out and I like Bad Guy. Ed Sheerhan just makes my ears bleed normally but I will admit that I enjoy Shape of You.

To be honest, there are many far more deserving songs than that Ed Sheran song. I don’t really think it’s the best one. It had its moment for sure but no longevity. Not to mention how it was sampled and had elements from other hit songs such as Waterfalls and Cheap Thrills, big hit songs which explains why it was a hit.
Are we gonna ignore the fact that Justin Bieber soloed 2015-2016 with What do you mean, Sorry and Love yourself? Yeah.. Gangnam style go brrrrr brrrrr :))

Several Taylor Swift songs
Trust me is a very long list
Bad Guy" was the best-performing global single of 2019 with combined sales and track-equivalent streams of 19.5 million units according to the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI).😄😄😄
I thought you wrote something else when you were trying about Phonographic....
Damn my dirty mind
@@dragonking8143 😂😂😂😂😉 actually I did write what you guess then edited it 😂😂😂😂

More proof that the world is going to crap
2010's one of the worst decades in music. They took the 2000s and made them worse.
13:41 how did Bruno Mars go from cheesy love songs to LOOK AT ME I'M THE KING OF THE STREETS LOL
I expected waka waka to be here, after all it was official song of WC and went really big
Me too
You've Missed these..
1. Tiktok - Kesha (no. 1 Billboard year end chart 2010)
2. Somebody That I Used to Know - Gotye Feat. Kimbra (no. 1 Billboard year end chart 2012)
3. Love Yourself - Justin Bieber (no. 1 Billboard year end chart 2016)
Where is Taylor Swift?
& also, does TSwift have hits from the year 2000s?
Glad Macklemore and Ran Lewis' Thrift Shop got onto this list, loved that song when I was in school and still do now, ace tune. I also think that "Gentleman" by Psy should've been on this list as it's just as good as Gangnam Style if not better.
i find the lack of avicii disturbing.
2013 was the last good year before everything started going to shit...
Gangnam Style was the best 2013 summer vibe, hands down
Club banger too
billie eilish the the best artist of this century's
If I never hear Bad Guy ever again I would die a happy man. When you sold the rights to the song to be played on BT advertising you killed it. It's like nails on chalk board every time that commercial comes on.
I still listen to Happy! Its my go-to song!
"Stand Up" (2019) - Cynthia Erivo
I'm gonna stand up 🗽
Take my people with me 👥
Together we are going 🚁
To a brand new home 🏡
Can you do ones for the other decades?
I've been stuck in the 90s since well...the 90s so I hadn't even heard at least half these tunes but did dig Gangnam Style when it came out and I like Bad Guy. Ed Sheerhan just makes my ears bleed normally but I will admit that I enjoy Shape of You.
The 90's...drugs..clubbing..music...cars..turning 17 in 1990 was amazing, the thought of turning 17 now is just fucking depressing
The only song on this list I don't find boring/annoying is thrift shop, it's weirdly unique and endearing
Man what is 2010s ' it fells like yesterday it was 2011
Im proud to be Puerto Rican...we got up there on 2nd place WE ROCK!
Are we all gonna forget about Adele - Hello? Broke record for most views in first 24 hours and sold 12 million units first year. One of the best selling digital singles of all time.
Gotta love these good songs in 2010s.
They really use god plan instead of something like Love the way you ie or some Bruno Mars songs etc
@4:44 number 15 is a song i can live with never hearing again....
The music deaths on 2016. The 2010's starts with very good intentions with great songs until The year 2016 came.
I agree with you
Everything sucked in 2016. Music sucked, movies sucked (anything not by Disney), television sucked, ...
Anime was awesome though.
@@matthewmiller7207 2016 was a great year for rap, sports, and it was good for movies as well. IDK what you experienced that year but it clearly wasn't the same. imo 2016 is THE best years of the decade
2016 was one of the most craziest years. It's definitely the one year that stands out in the 2010s. This year had great movies & music.
Happy should be way higher on this list - it’s the only on the list that was both a mega pop hit as well as being nominated for the Best Original Song at the Oscars
Get Lucky by Daft Punk?
Being nominated for a Oscar has almost nothing to do with if the song is big or not
@@zani6150 traditionally speaking original songs from films struggle to find places on pop charts so for a song to be equally popular with Academy voting members to make the short list as well as be on the Billboard charts like that is a huge success
@@cazia9 Oh okay I didn't know that
Look how we started and how we ended. From iconic songs like "Thriller" to average songs like "Despacido" 😤.
And then to even worse songs like Bad Guy

Top ten rappers of the 2010s
You know that rolling in the deep, firework and shake it off defined 2010s.
To be honest, there are many far more deserving songs than that Ed Sheran song. I don’t really think it’s the best one. It had its moment for sure but no longevity. Not to mention how it was sampled and had elements from other hit songs such as Waterfalls and Cheap Thrills, big hit songs which explains why it was a hit.
the title says biggest, not best
I loved how this reminded me of songs I loved, but also reminded me of songs I didn't, but there were still on constantly lol
songs back in the days were pure vibes
Are we gonna ignore the fact that Justin Bieber soloed 2015-2016 with What do you mean, Sorry and Love yourself? Yeah.. Gangnam style go brrrrr brrrrr :))
I thought roar was more popular than dark horse???
Wrecking ball
Shake it off
Without me
Bad romance
Hello
Starship
All of these I was hoping to be on the list and Gangnam Style should be higher
Gangnam Style only reach #2 and Something Just Like This #3 in the Billboard Hot 100.
perfect list
Hey what avoided Shakira's Waka Waka
I LOVE Amy Turk's arrangement of Bad Guy! She did AMAZING!
Did they really forget masterpieces like Let Me love you and counting stars
Not having ONE Justin Bieber song in this is a disgrace and yall REALLY MESSED UP HERE
Mr. Sheeran's Bad Habits and Shivers are 2 of the best songs of the 2020s so far.
People saying shape of you is forgettable should remember that it's not just about the United states and the UK ,it was big in all parts of the world,be it Asia or Africa ,in countries where not many people speak English.
I'm so glad I grew up listening to 90s and early 2000s music. The music now is just terrible.
The way Watchmojo pronounces words gets on my NERVES so much. And they’re always mixing up release dates of songs and other things.
