I think the phone is nice and all, but I have small hands so I have to get the iPhone 8 instead, nothing wrong with that.
I love the size of the regular 8 but I really wish it could do portrait mode... Doesn't seem like there's any reason it can't.

I just bought the iphone 8 (really was hard to choose from the plus or not but didn't have the money anyways haha) and im coming from an iphone 5s and im so excited. I know some people arent as interested because theyve had newer iphones so its not much of a difference but as someone coming from the 5s, this is going to feel like gold in my hands (ironically got it in gold ha) i hope it was a good choice because now my wallet is suffering

Nathaniel Trillana sometimes I miss the SE when the 8 goes into some pockets. But I really missed 3D Touch and I love the camera upgrade with optical image stabilization. I went from the 6S to the SE for the size. Work offered to pay for a new phone so I got the 8 and gave the SE to my mother.
Favorite iPhone design? The best PHONE design in general is the 5s design. Best combination of form and function.

@@n8k812 This is late to the party, but there IS a need for a headphone jack if you use your phone for business. Credit Card scanners (like for Square and PayPal) plug into the headphone jack.
Having had an iPhone 4 an 8 is huge to me.
I have the iPhone 8 PLUS and I think it's the best iPhone at the moment. Much better than X as well in my opinion. It is an amazing phone. By the way, they improved the display. I also think that the battery life of the Plus model is simply amazing. With normal usage I can use the phone 1,5 days, easily. I don't mind the 2014 design. I prefer it over the X design. The 8 Plus is an amazing phone.

I bought an iPhone 8 Plus from an iPhone 7 Plus since I have the iPhone upgrade program. I really like it and I think it feels much more premium than older models. I didn’t want to spend $1,000 on the X so that’s why I got the 8.

I upgraded from the 6s plus to the 8 plus. I find it to be so fast and the camera is amazing. I prefer the fingerprint unlocking which by the way is instantaneous compared to the 6s plus. In general the smart phones now are so powerful with great cameras and features it’s somewhat of an overkill..IMO for 95% of us it’s way more than we need; I can’t see myself upgrading again for another 4-5 years unless my iPhone has a major malfunction .

If you don’t get the 10 you should stay. I have the iPhone 8 and the only reason I changed is for the wireless charging. I can’t wait until next September to see what’s coming.

I really liked that you mention "first time iPhone user", that is something I wanted to know but never got to hear it from any reviewer, I watched a lot of reviews and previews of the iPhone 8 but I never knew if as first time iPhone user would be worth 700 dollars or I could save some money and get an older one like 6s or even the cheapest one: SE. At the end I bought my iPhone 8 for future proofing and because I was tired of the Android system, all the lag, lack of updates and OS crashes, now that I have an iPhone for the first time I don't really miss Android, for my usage iPhone is perfect because I like my phone to be stable and fast.

I haven't had a phone since 2012. Bought an ipod 5 that year, trashed the galaxy. And after all these years, I've finally decided to get a phone. And after this review, it looked pretty awesome. I bought it. Obviously that's a different response than from most people, as most people tend to always have phones lol. First one in a long time, and I think it looks like it's gonna be awesome. Just waiting for it to ship.

I’m so late to the party, I just got an 8 for my birthday today, but I got my iPhone yesterday. But anyways I wish they would’ve had rose gold I don’t really like the plain gold but I’m still happy that I finally upgraded from the iPhone 6.
It's worth it now in 2018. You can get them for about $500 brand new. It's a lot better than the iPhone Xr.

I would say it’s worth the upgrade . I came from a Se 64gb and upgrade to iPhone 8 256gb. I had my Se for 3 years so it was welcome upgrade. If your Se is working fine and your happy with it then by all means stay with it. I still have mine. But if u want a change a bigger screen and it still be somewhat pocketable and easy to handle I would say the 8 it’s a very good choice.

my fav design was the iPhone 6s
I am very surprised by the battery life on my iPhone 8 Plus actually. Maybe I don't use it hardcore like other people but it lasts for me almost 2 days. Yesterday I unplugged it (at 100%)at 6 AM and it's 8 PM of the next day and I haven't charged it again and it's 26%. I love this :')
My favourite design pre-iPhone 8/X era was the iPhone 5S/SE. It looked really pretty and was easy to use and hold. I never really liked the iPhone 6, but the iPhone 7 Plus was also probably drawing with the SE design.
I recently upgraded from an apple Iphone 6S to the Iphone 8. I have to say I am very disapointed with it, like you said in this video, it feels like an old Iphone and the battery life sucks. I think Im going to sell it and maybe give the Samsung S8 a try. regards!
Anafin 00 or u could try the pixel 2 or the LG V30, all are good imo tho, also, some people dont like Samsung or LG's UI, so i would say coming from an iPhone, i recommend the Pixel 2, cause of stock android and faster updates, but its your choice in the end

I gotta say I´m really impressed with your channel, your reviews have a lot of knowledge of the product and technology in general but without the too technical script others may have. Also its difficult not to notice the effort put in the recording and edition. You should begin to expend in some marketing to ramp up those subscribers because it is well worth it for the quality.
