Brilliant video and a good farewell as Fred starts his new journey. Some parts bave already been ordered towards obtaining an MOT. we have saved a few 75s that others would have scrapped that are in daily use and proving perfectly reliable 🙂. Thanks Captin Mustard
A wonderful farewell video for Fred the Shed. You did him proud. Glad he's gone to another loving home. Good choice of colour for the T-shirt too for this vid ☺
Long live Fred! Well i reckon that is the fairytale ending, perfect for Fred yourself and the channel. In fact i would say that Fred's saga is exactly how Project Nigel should work ie you bring a car into the yard, tinker a bit, use it, providing entertaining content and then move it on without letting it fester too long, as happened with Auntie Sophie. I'll miss the Fred the Shed song though!
Yes its DD here! Virtual 'lip-syncing' (as they commonly say on TokTic) of the 'Fred the Shed' song - I believe that's a PN first! 😀 Now then, what's this a car being sold not by Allegroman!😯 Who'd have thought it'd be Fred! Lingering shots of Fred heading up the road on the back of a car transporter show the sweet sorrow of parting. Still, the beginning of half-way through is I'm sure what Fred would have wanted! I hope we get to see the outcome when Fred is all the way through! The question is with Fred gone, where will the tea-mug be rested when out in the yard?😀
Bon voyage Fred. I liked Fred and I think I’ve worked out why. It came to me whilst watching another channel with a Rover that I found oddly appealing. I don’t think it’s a secret that I’m not a particular fan of Rovers, I don’t dislike them, nor do I really like them so it’s been thought provoking that some of them appeal more than others. Both these cars that I like have seen better days, but that’s not why I feel warm towards them. Both should by any logical calculation be turned into baked bean tins but they haven’t which I do like, but it’s not that. It’s because they both have GB/UK stickers on the back and I think that makes quite an impact. It makes me think of them queuing up at Dover full of excited family, footballs, tents, toys and clothes. Driving off the ferry into Northern France where whomever was driving might have mucked up the first roundabout having to go round it the wrong way. It’s been used to buy some delicious cheese in a Leclerc somewhere. Maybe it went to Belgium, Germany or Spain. Somewhere, some people have some memories that these cars were part of and whilst all cars have this, these ones that have been to foreign shores seem to be a little more romantic. I hope that Fred might once again find himself full of smiles, laughter and who knows, maybe once again driving on the wrong side of the road in Europe. And I hope that we might get to hear the Fred the Shed song again in the future. It’s one of my favourites.
Windy, you see the magic this car still had to pffer. As the sticker suggests, it has had a good tour around Europe, and I believe he will explore again. Thank you
Good luck Fred and good luck to Fred's new Owners (Rob & Co. .). Next on the list? Let's get rid of Boaty😮💥💰💸😧🚗💨! Clear him out-->👉👉👉!!!! No unreasonable offer refused......😧👀.
That's a good ending to your involvement with Fred. The buyer shares your belief that there's a decent car hiding somewhere underneath. I'm pleased it's found an owner who plans to get it back on the road 👍
as long as they are not too far gone,, Brasso works a treat on foggy lights but will need doing 2 to 3 times a year, just like on brass i suppose. will miss fred the shed. i love an estate
Id lend you money or rent you land ect muzzy see if you couldnt pay at anytime its nowt major id ask for a litte help with our stuff washing polishing ect that way its win win your never in debt and it would have helped me out a little my palce at delph would have been 50 gbp per month its across from my house 11k sq two double garages electric gates fully secured we used to store high-end cars awaiting auction ive move everything to a large site west Yorkshire areas
Fred had a place. I do think in the right hands hes salvagable. I think maybe the PN channel is more reviews and chat based now. Buying and selling seems like very small gains. Happy Trails Fred🫡

Sad to see Fred go, but the main thing is he is being saved. Well done Mustard on keeping Fred away from the big scrap yard in the sky. ❤

Bye Fred 😢😢
Lots more Rover 75 estates out there..
Did rob buy it for the numberplate 🤔😁
Face palm. I can't help but wonder how HN made a living in his early YT days, before he became a great success.

Certainly salvageable. But also certainly economically unviable. 😢
