That's incredible you went from a stock exhaust that is quieter than my vacuum cleaner to a real exhaust built for a motorcycle. Definitely nice aftermarket exhaust sound and the quality looks great. Did you flash your ecu at all? I subscribed right away as I watched your video. Nice work!
Yes the sound has really opened up. It's a great aftermarket option that looks great and is affordable but most importantly sounds awesome! The ECU is getting flashed soon (end of the month), so I'm not riding too much currently. Will hope to get some footage of the dyno and will upload here! 😉Thanks for subscribing! Looking forward to putting out alot more content this year :)
@@_behindthewheel_ I'm looking forward to your next video. I always worry about going to lean and possible motor damage. I hope to see torque increase, hp and rideability
@@thinkingimpaired5663 Do you have the same model/bike? I think the tune will help with throttle response and smoothness. Should make it even a more fun spirited ride! 👍👍
@@_behindthewheel_ I don't although I might consider purchasing the bike in the future. Also considering a few 900cc bikes. My last bike was an R6 which I sold.
Sorry have been MIA from the channel. You know life, work etc Finally will get this FLY BY in a couple days! Stay tuned for the video. 😎😎 Merry Christmas and happy new year to you all! 🎄🎄
Great video thanks Mate. Does it come with the correct clamp for to hold the silencer bit? as some videos I'm seeing say there is no where to attach the clamp to the bike? Many thanks in advance
Unsure of the decibels sorry, All I can say is it's sounds incredible without the baffle. The roar on it is amazing, but also nice and comfortable with the baffle in for daily riding. Still sounds awesome on high revs :)
Yo man you mind linking what license plate mount you have on your bike? I'm looking for a good high placed mount like yours with turn signals. I have the exact same bike.
Nice video and nice sound, mate! One quicl question for you, did you had to cut any part or segment of the original exhaust? In the Dominator's site, they have 2 models to the CB650R, but the instructions tell that I need to cut the original exhaust, right before the catalizator...
Hey! I have just purchased this exact same exhaust, just a quick question as it is not covered in the video, was the O2 sensor easy to relocate into the new system? Also, how long did your install take? Im chomping at the bit to get going !!!
Congrats, the exhaust sounds unreal in person hey. Yes the O2 sensor was very easy to fit back as the position of the exhaust to the stock position was almost the same. I had my friend help me so it took I think roughly 2 hrs for the both of us. The only thing that took a little longer was actually the fitment of the cannon. All in all fairly simple install. Fairings were easy to take off and put back. Hope this helps and happy motoring!
Hey bud I also have just ordered this exhaust thanks to your video 🙏 but was wondering if you could let me know if it comes with new header seals or gaskets? Or do I have to order them separately? As it’s not mentioned in your video. Anyhow keep the videos coming I enjoy your content bro!
That's awesome mate! My bike is tuned now and definitely turns heads. haha Sounds so nice with a slightly deeper tone. Not obnoxiously loud either! You don't need to order anything else. Will have everything ready to go for install. It's a bolt on install once removing the old exhaust! Good luck and have fun with it mate! Always so exciting modding. 👍👍
Bike looks amazing. Do you have the rear piece link or manufacturer's name? As it seems it is not stock. The part with the license plate and indicators. Thanks!
Hey Andres, Yeap it has been changed as I prefer the clean look. This one was bought online from mustardbikes.com.au. It's an Australian website selling tail tidies. :) Cheers!
Thanks mate, I took the DB killer out. Sounds nice and deep, not obnoxious though which is great from all friends feedback who hear it! I'm actually about to order a separate db killer which takes out more noise. Just to be reduce some noise when I go on longer day rides.😎
Nar nothing. Original O2 sensor and no check engine light. I tried not to ride it too much before I got it tuned and never redlined etc. Now that the tune is done, it is very fun as you can imagine. 😁😁
I did look it up at the time I got the exhaust and it's definitely a weight reduction, just not sure on the figures. I just went off the figures I found online. Any saving in weight was a bonus :)
Yeh it sounds incredible but not obnoxious! Only riding inbetween buildings in the city when it resonates. haha I love the look of the stock that's why I went with the low mount version. They have a longer side mount which I didn't want.
The gaskets come with the exhaust already so a direct bolt on. No extra parts required. Straight out of the box fitment. Only thing is you have to remove the fairings as some areas are quite tight to reach. Thanks!
Yes they have a version for the CB650R. You should check out the Dominator exhaust video for the Honda CB650R. I'd imagine it would be same position considering it's the same engine.
Nicee, how good is the deeper tone!! I'm waiting on a tune for it which will make this thing very fun. Yeh it came with the medium baffle which I removed straight away haha. Thinking of getting the higher db killer though for everyday riding..will see.
My bike is actually gloss black. I just wrapped the tank in matte. The front and tail are still gloss, I quite like that mix and look. What colour did you get?
Everyone recommends it and I'm actually booked in for tune very soon. I've been riding it a couple of times, not long distances and it has been fine. No check engine light or feel anything funny going on. The tune will be featured in next video :)
Like any exhaust fitted on a motorbike, I think there is always a chance. I think the way someone rides can also increase or decrease chance of getting pulled up. haha
Appreciate the concern mate, but that's all been sorted with a full dyno tune using Woolich racing. The fuel ratio has been tuned to match the particular exhaust on the bike. 😀Cheers! You can check out the tuning video on my channel.
You ruined a perfectly civlized factory sound and replaced it by a shriek that only causes car drivers and pedestrians to increase their unapreciation (or shall I say hate?) to all of us motorcyclists.
Tune happening tomorrow guys!! Pick up Friday morning (AEST). Will post the video on the tune soon! 😁😁

I got rid of the grey stripes and just wrapped it in a matte black wrap. Looks very stealth!

What did you do about the lambda sensor please?
Hi
What is the year of your CBR ?
Mine is 2022 and on the website they said "2019-2022"
Thx !
Mine is a 2021 👍👍 Would just email them to confirm if you are unsure. Cheers!
Do you by any chance know the weight difference of the stock compared to the new exhaust

oh god im in love with the r7 but this honda is making me think twice,,,
Both are amazing bikes! The R7 wasn't around when I bought the CBR but these 2 would be my top options if I had to pick. Happy choosing! 😎😎
Bro where did u buy license plate ?
The tail tidy was bought from a company here in Australia called mustard bikes. Cheers
What year is it?
Was this video taken with or without a DB killer?
Without the DB killer. Very hard to gauge on video but it sounds awesome!
Where's the fly by?🥺
She sounds so mean!
Thanks!! 💯💯
Dominator are not from the Netherlands, it's from Poland. I think you mistaken Holland with Poland.
Yes I realised after I bought it from a official reseller in Netherlands and assumed it was manufactured there. Thanks!
Sounds much better. But I really like the stock muffler look.
Yeh it sounds incredible but not obnoxious! Only riding inbetween buildings in the city when it resonates. haha
I love the look of the stock that's why I went with the low mount version. They have a longer side mount which I didn't want.
I like the look and sound of the stock unit myself ...... But hey if you got the bucks that system he put on looks and sounds great too.
51mm brew?
hello, was it necessary to change the gaskets where the exhaust tightens on the engine?
The gaskets come with the exhaust already so a direct bolt on. No extra parts required. Straight out of the box fitment. Only thing is you have to remove the fairings as some areas are quite tight to reach. Thanks!
@@_behindthewheel_ thank you for your information
@@ricardosilva7872 No worries, all the best and happy motoring!

A full aftermarket exhaust will require a tune, if you watch the other video my tuner explains the process of the tune.

How much was the shipping to AUS? I have a cb650F and wonder if it can be made it....
Look up their website, I think there is a exhaust for that model!
Sounds a lot like the Two Brothers exhaust on a cbr600rr.
what's the muffler inlet diameter ?
Did you wrap the fuel tank or paint it?
Wrapped the tank. Still kept a few gloss panels, but love the matte black look.
Did it take long to ship down to aus? Would love to know.
Didn't take long from memory! I was definitely watching the tracking everyday as well. haha So excited when it got here.
Same exhaust as me! It's so good, did you have a Db killer? Mine came with the medium pre installed, removed that after a few days and it's sweeeet

This exhaust or the ixil hyperlow?
Good question! haha I've heard the Ixil on youtube but opted for this one, sounds deeper. :)
