You are ever so lovely Caroline. I not only get a lot of inspiration from your videos, I feel that it also makes me aspire to be a better person. The amount of knowledge you give away is really awesome. Each time I pop in here, I am in awe...
Thank you! Was just pulling out all my plates that I’ve collected over the years to see where to start. You’ve given me good info on how to go about cutting! Love all your projects and walls!
Ohhhhhh! How have I only just now discovered you?! When you showed the peacock in process I thought 'spectacular!' .... and then you panned to your walls, ceiling and garden .... and I about died. Wow! 💖 New sub and will be binge watching your channel. 😊
Welcome to my Mango Mosaics UA-cam Channel. Enjoy the Mosaic Love. The Playlist section has some useful filmettes in order of project and a How I Mosaic section 🥰🥰🥰
I just got my Montolit from the good ole Amazon, yesterday. You have inspired me to try something new. I plant gardens in the summer and here in Michigan, that is impossible in the cold. Thanks so much!!

So great to see you weaving your magic. I'd been gathering plates and tiles and have a bit of a store now in the garage. I will be following all your videos so I can learn this from The Best! Thank you so much for such great videos. Your work is utterly beautiful xxx
I've mostly been a painter all my life but recently started on mosaic art. I was dying at the unfinished peacock in the hallway when you finished me off by showing the celiing and wall project. X____X
Thank you for this comprehensive video. I'm inspired to do something like this in our tiny, boringly bare-walled water closet. I have been wondering where and how to start. Your videos are everything!!
Hello just discovered your video as a very new beginner..what an enchanting garden. I am gathering tools and broken ceramics to try my hand at mosaic for my Moroccan themed courtyard garden in Spain. I LOVE your arteork. How wonderful..thank you x I will let you know how I get on!! Debs in Spain
I haven't started a mosaic project yet. I came on you tube to get an idea of what I need to start. I am just in AWE of your work. Beyond beautiful. It's everything I could dream of my space having. I don't know if I could ever devote that much time, but I'm even more excited to get started! How is the peacock coming along? Is it finished?
Hello, thank you for all the joy you give from watching your videos. I love them. Can I use little silicone to glue the mosaic to the mesh net before gluing it to the outside wall with proper tile adhesive?
@@mangomosaics yes I did 🙃. Frankly I did not know where you answer your followers. Thank you very much for answering. And I thought your silicon is something special. 🌹
@@salwaalhokail no worries! Glad you found the information. I always add info in the description box as so many people ask... always useful to see first 😉
The mosaic on the ceiling just blew my mind! Awesome! Is Flexy Fix suitable for outside too? I want to make some mosaic in my garden (we have ugly concrete floor there instead of grass, so I thought mosaic can make it a bit more cheerful).
I didn't realize my side biters have a round and flat edge. What is the rounded edge for? Also, I have thick blue and white plates with a lot of crazing. Can they be used?
Hello theor! Is their a way to cut a plate and reserve the middle of the plate at the same time as preserving the pattern on the edge of the plate ? I'm new to this mosaic are and I absolutely love your work!
It takes practice but it is possible to preserve the centre by cutting the edge of the plate at an angle. I use Montolit 55W2 wheel nippers that help to do that. Look them up on UA-cam.
I was checking out the Monti lit 55 nippers you were telling us about in the video, and the prices go from $60-$120. Which exactly are the ones you use? I’m hoping they are the $60 ones. I need to know ASAP PLEASE. Thanks Christina
I love your work! Sorry, my English is not the best, thatswhy I would be very thankful, if you could write down the type of your tool. Maybe I can find the product in Germany too. I could not really understand what you said about and I did not fibd the link about you spoke ... greetings from Germany!
I went to my local thrift shop, here in the states, and much to my suprise, sitting on a shelf, 10 cups and saucers Finlandia.... I did not buy them , $40.00, also do not know how to cut up cups, yet. They are lovely, though.

This is a question about the table you are working on outside. I assume you mosaic the top. Was that a metal wroth iron table like your chairs or glass I have a wroth iron table with open holes not solid and wanted to do a mosaic on it wondering if that was possible but really not sure what to cover it with?
This table had a marine ply top.... I used external grade adhesives with porcelain tiles.... the plywood delaminated. I repurposed all the tessera and created a wall mosaic. Here's the installation link:ua-cam.com/video/7ZFLuGeg5GM/v-deo.html You could adhere onto iron... but if it's decorated with holes that sounds like a tricky .... but then I can't see what the table looks like. Give it a go if you want.... nothing to loose! 😘
