The manager is a nice guy. He was just trying to enforce what he believed was true. He's obviously been given the wrong information and was just worried about the college and its students. Although, the security guy was a drongo!
It was great that the Security (I'm not a Lawyer) Manager was open to finding out for sure that you were absolutely allowed, as you so clearly explained a million times. Good job they never mentioned that or a police drone operator would have said how did you manage to keep line of site to your drone over the buildings . I am not moaning-love your videos and content. Give the guy in the suit a pay rise and instruct him to perform ongoing training to his security staff not only on drones but in all aspects of their role. For the snarky old woman I would give her the choice of completing a course on professionalism and courtesy when dealing with the public or face dismissal. For the boof-head that threatened to snatch your drone and then lied about his interaction with the police, he is clearly unhinged and untrustworthy. Pack your bags mate, you're gone.
