There’s no way of knowing that truck was overweight just by looking at it, seems to me he simply hadn’t leveled the unit suspension off hence why it was rubbing against the trailer
@muselive100 it was a 4x2, usually for european trucks, and it was foreign registered. They have a lower weight they can carry as they don't have as many axles at the back to distribute the weight. It's only a couple of tonne of a difference, but most places loading that truck would still load it up to the total weight of 44 tonnes. And there is the problem, it's probably a couple of tonne overweight, if they did load it to 44 tonne. Very dangerous if someone where to slam the brakes on in front of him, especially considering his cargo.
I'm just surprised that you kept hold of the drone controller, no one is supposed to interrupt your drone flying , (interrupting a drone operator’s activities can have legal implications and consequences.) Per UK Law drones are classified as aircrafts. This crime can be charged under two federal legislation, the Criminal Code and the Aeronautics Act.

@Bhezomiax I believe it isn't a criminal offence in itself, the offence is in the risk of the pilot causing damage or injury by distraction. I'm not 100% sure on the details but I think it's along those lines. I also believe it's been put forward that the act of distraction itself will become a criminal offence and so will the drone pilot allowing themselves to be distracted so both could face prosecution. I don't know if this will get anywhere but I hope it does. The pilot should be concentrating 100% from the moment the power of the drone is turned on until it's turned off. I've had longer to think now. The knocking of the controller was a lot more serious than assault. If the controller smashed on the ground, who knows what could have happened to the drone, depending on what input got stuck? For someone that was screaming about safety he really did a ironic twist against that. Please do go to court, these individuals need to learn a lesson.
Assault from the director. Putting an aircraft in danger from the director. Causing harassment alarm and distress /possible assault if they made ANY contact from the wolf pack. That was no joke. I was worried for you. Have them charged.

I think the police should have attended regardless of what you said because a crime had been committed. I mean they turn up on loads of audits just because of a complaint of filming. But assault is a far more serious situation and is a crime - filming is not. As for those feral worker joining in ….who’d employ them other than a thug company director.
I think the police should be the ones to decide if an assault has taken place by turning up and not leave it to someone who may now have threats of follow up violence (intimidation). In this instance we obviously knew DJ was OK, but the police didn’t without attending.
Since this assault occurred it has become obvious that this company has hired a social media consultant to manage things. It is evident in some of these bot comments and other suspicious online activity. I would highly recommend pressing ahead with charges now as it would seem the best way to protect yourself from this aggressive and unstable management. Alternatively consider a large cash payment with a written apology and a public statement from the company if offered.

I'm sure Dr Graham Royle (CEO) will be so proud of his senior staff , Phil Carson (MD) and Tom Lees (D of O) for such a fine example of how not to interact with a member of the public. Makes you wonder how they treat the environment, when they obviously have something to hide. Not to mention the overloaded truck.

They didn't want to be filmed for a reason. Suspicious
@@WeAreThePeople1690 it was carrying whack-an-MD's dinner.
I'm just surprised that you kept hold of the drone controller, no one is supposed to interrupt your drone flying , (interrupting a drone operator’s activities can have legal implications and consequences.) Per UK Law drones are classified as aircrafts. Endangering the Safety of an Aircraft or Airport is a crime that occurs when an individual causes a disturbance or threatens violence on an aircraft, endangering the safety of the aircraft and those on board. This crime can be charged under two federal legislation, the Criminal Code and the Aeronautics Act.
The prison sentence for endangering the safety of an aircraft is up to five years.
@@armandbernardcornet4572 This is unfortunately a misrepresentation. While it is an aircraft, it isn't considered as strictly by the CAA, so they won't prosecute for interrupting a pilot the way they would for a manned aircraft.

Not 100% sure but recall DJ saying in an old video that interfearing with a drone pilot is classed as criminal offense?
They said themselves that there was a danger that the chemicals could be ignited if the drone fell. Can you imagine the reaction from the authorities if that actually happened. Return to Home is one option on the minis on loss of signal. They can also be set to hover in the position they last had signal or land at that point. At least that's the case on the mini 2. I'm assuming the newer versions have multiple options too.@@BengalCatChilli

There are many forms of disability, not all are visible. He could be mentally impaired.

The idea of someone as unstable as that in charge of a chemical plant is disturbing. I hope in addition to all the other processes that Libra's licences and permits are reviewed very carefully by the appropriate authorities.
@@jaydee6329😂😂😂😂😂 I find it amazing that retards like you are able to find your way to the toilet because this is obvious proof that the ability to speak read or write does not guarantee intelligence modern drones don't fall from the sky you M0R0N
@@jaydee6329 The MD is hitting the controller while it's in the air, massively increasing the risk of a problem. This clown wasn't concerned about the safety of the site, he was angry about being caught allowing IBCs to be stacked the way they were. I'm guessing that you have a connection with this outfit, and your attempts to defend the indefensible are only making to worse.
@@jaydee6329 Say that to the guy who hit his drone.. he could have easily hit the drone into some chemicals himself lol.. hitting the drone itself and possibly getting charged if DJ does want to charge him and get him fired from the job is dumb itself but hitting it towards the site is just stupidity..
@@jaydee6329Oh, and while we're at it, how come the first manager out the gate managed to be calm and sensible about things? He didn't feel the need to assault anyone. You just have to accept that the unhinged response (I do note that the posse that came out referred to him as 'disabled' so maybe there is a bit going on here) was completely inappropriate and in addition to a criminal investigation and charges if appropriate there has to be a review of his fitness for his position. On the evidence of what we can all see, it's hard to believe he should be left where he is, but we'll keep an eye on what the company does.
The drone was not over the chemical storage, the footage was zoomed from above the site perimeter.
I actually deal with this company. I now see them in a new light. If I had an issue I can't imagine them caring too much.
@jaydee6329 call it however you like.. DJ is within the law, the company retards are the one breaking the law..
@@jaydee6329If you don't like someone exercising their legal rights (God knows how many we have left) go live in Russia.
@@RobinCrusoe1952 There are better ways to exercise your legal rights rather then being a d!ck with a drone
@@RobinCrusoe1952 he needs to take his little hobby somewhere else. How dare he try and tell them how to run their business. He is clueless. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you have to antagonise or annoy people unnecessarily. There is such a law as causing a public nuisance. It's about time the police started using it against these drone flying muppets
@@seekeroftruthandjust Just because you disagree with someone doesn't give you the right to be abusive.
Its nothing short of scandalous that the police don't attend for an assault but will for a man with a camera.
it shows the Police have no interest in peoples safety only business interests.
What you going to do about it?

@@abnwtfwc07he's on about the police always turning up when auditors are auditing 👍
@@abnwtfwc07 have you been living in a hole? The police usually turn up when these factory people call them to say someone is filming them from the public pavement. Sometimes on blues and sometimes more than one car. Yet for an actual criminal assault, nothing.
Their Google Reviews are suspiciously clear of negative feedback 😂
It was disturbing to see the level of aggression and intimidation that you were facing.
Having seen how many times the 'Old Bill' rush about at the behest of the various companies when you are filming, it seems to me that you got a much lesser response from the police @ 34,45 (When I get back to the station etc") - So please keep us all informed about the level of service that you do/don't receive from the police.

I've heard blue button boy has since got a promotion at the site. He's now a supervisor in charge of the process technicians. He showed outstanding courage and ability to handle incidents.
Not a very good look for the company when they have 2 upcoming events to attend both in paris and birmingham. The MD should be ashamed of his behaviour as well as his employees, acting aggressive and assaulting a member of the public.
I doubt he experiences the emotion of shame.
I hope you take this further DJ, as that was not only an assult, it was an assualt on a drone pilot. The CAA should take this quite seriously!
DJ, you do need to report this to the CAA!
@@Muffin_Me, thanks for the advice Jake. That hadn’t crossed my mind. I thought I was doing something wrong. Can you advise? What do you do?
@@Muffin_Me, do you? That’s a niche job! But what do you think I should do?
The first director has no balls, was grinning when the three employees came at DJ, and has no control over the thugs who work under him. Because the MD assaults DJ and commits a POA (as do all the others) he is not a fit and proper person to hold a directorship of a company.
While Baldy was assaulting and coming after DJ, director 1 was pushing DJ back and holding him off as if he was the aggressor. No clue . . .
Imagine how these bullies treat young members of staff.
@@jaygee5693The typical way balless fgs act.
@@jaygee5693 I saw it as keeping both parties separate.
@@webguyuk I watched director 1 standing between them facing DJ, arms outstretched, pushing DJ back then blocking him, telling him to "Chill, just chill". He never touched the other director. DJ had to tell him to get away and warn him not to come in his personal space. As the bald director was the aggressor, he was the one who should have been pushed away and told to chill.
He did keep both parties separate, but he was manhandling the wrong person.
Keep up the great work. It keeps these companies honest. I actually worked at one of the places you visited and they were very good on all aspects while I was there. Which came across in your video.
I assume this company is gonna become a popular spot for auditors now…🤷🏻
