I placed 3 nerite snails in my aquarium. One of them found my 3D background and went to work. I watched that little snail go from one end of my 75 gallon tank to the other and stripped that background clean. i didn't realize how much algea had actually accumulated.
Yay a trekky! Just got some horned nerites 5 for 10 pounds. No idea what that is in dollars but hope I got a good deal. Got them so I didn't get overrun 🤣 learned that lesson with ramshorns 🤦♀️
I’m a recent snail convert. Love the colors on these guys. Thanks Lefty!!
Any time!
The colors and stripes on Nerites are beautiful. 👍👍👍

Glad it was helpful!
Love the Star Trek shirt!
:P
I love that shirt! I've been looking at nerite snails and I think I should look harder. Something I could get without setting up a new tank 😉
You should! I know Flips sells them, aqua huna and imperial tropical
Nerites are cool! Especially if you want a snail that wont over run your tank.
yep :3 thats why I think they are awesome for beginners
Cool spotlight video 🤘
thanks
