Do I have to skate backwards or can I go with just skating forwards ? Is there any specific things that backwards skating can help you with ? Thank you

The guy you are showing is literally a pro skater not to mention, that many of those roads were very smooth. To do his crazy stunts on the dirt surfaces and rocky terrain when your skill level is already at an elite status is one thing but, to do it as a beginner is just a serious injury pending.

Hey thank you! And yes, if you skate backwards you will also put or shift your weight to the front, so that you won't fall backwards. While skating you should always avoid falling backwards! ✌🙂👌
I laughed when you said that powerslides and powerstops are too advanced for beginners who need to learn how to stop when going backwards. I can do powerslides/powerstops - it's skating backwards that I can't manage!! I will follow your techniques and see if they help me. Last year I badly hurt my knee, while skating for the first time in 15 years. This year thanks to your videos, I learned your 7 types of stops, front skating and tomorrow will start to train backwards. Thx for your work man! Its really helps.
I did the same exact thing after having a 15-year skating break. I haven’t gotten back on them since then but getting back on the horse tomorrow when my new skates arrive 🤞🏼🤞🏼

i can do baby lemons backwards and do a circle, but haven't attempted transition from back to front vice versa yet. I have practiced at home on rug...i may try with skates but on grass first. Scary
Try to stand in front of a wall, hold on to your hands and practice the backwards lemon (when doing this also try to shift your weight between the front and back of your feet).

Hi. Please use extended microphone for your video. There is lots of cheap Chinese stuff. Just stick on your body. It will improve your media quality. Less video image quality much better with great sounds than good video image quality with worst sounds. You will surprise how much improve your videos after!

Everyone is different man.... I can skate backwards pretty decent just have trouble controlling the speed.....stopping

These skates are a very customized version of the "Powerslide Metropolis 2017, 80mm". The manufacturer and brand is "Powerslide".

I can make manual, jumps, other things. I also can make the turn around thing while backward skating but I cant skate backward like a pro. :(
