If you want to be able to use all the dressing/sauce you can put it inside a mini container inside the jar. That way it won't stay at the bottom

It gets soggy in Tupperware. This way keeps things fresh and not soggy for longer.

That’s up to you! You can prep only 2-3 days worth to get more variety throughout the week.
