If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.
The best way is to order a set and use different bands for different muscle exercises, for example legs are stronger and need more resistance compared to biceps for example

Hi Daniel, thanks for the workout!! It went all right... I have to say, I struggled with form in some exercises. E.g. in glute kickback I didn't feel much contraction... Maybe I'm doing it wrong? Perhaps UA-cam shorts explaining the good form for some of the exercises and also what muscle groups are targeting in them will help. Also, some of the exercises worked more on my lower back than I expected 😅

I don't know if it's only me but I had so much difficulties to do this exercise. For example, in the second part, after each reverse lunges, I couldn't change the leg because either the band dropped or if I pulled too much to the front, I lost my balance. I couldn't come back from the pulled squat position easily without losing my balance. I didn't feel the impact so much while trying to figure out how to do the moves correctly. I used 3 long resistance bands because one felt light but maybe 3 of them were too much. I don't know what caused failure when I was doing it :( but my favourite was banded hip thrust.

I would say take picture in the same room / same lighting time to time to see if your body is changing. The other way would be measuring your body-parts with measuring tape and comparing them and/or with the scales that also measure bodyfat and muscle mass (not that they are always 100% accurate but they will show you some set-points). Hope this helps and hope that you are gaining muscles :D
Good Question, the thing is that there are no fat burning workouts...with resistance training in general you stimulate the muscle to become thicker so muscle mass will increase and with cardio workouts you are more working on your stamina (in general). Bulking and getting lean in more about the nutrition! simply said if you eat less than what your body needs for a period you will lose weight (get lean) and if you eat more than what your body needs you will bulk (get heavier).
