In addition to your home environment, I would encourage folks to do research on how some neighborhoods are intentionally structured to be impacted by chemical compounds in the air and in the ground/soil. Pollution is just the surface.
I do neighborhood & environmental justice research for a living, and it’s sad the way that some neighborhoods are literally forced to be in places that poison them, due to no fault of their own.

All facts ❤ This is how I tapped into my spiritual awakening… I locked in 4 years straight with God, therapy/healing and work. Bust all these wounds open and started from scratch. I worked two jobs from 8 to 3 and 3 to 11pm not coming up for air at all. (Laser focused) By the time I did come up for air everything was different, I just couldn’t relate 🖤🖤🖤 God is so powerful!!! Man Phil you have the Blueprint just keep going 🙏🏽💫 And Yesssssss all day to the towels😩 but we can find some cheaper lol

Really enjoyed this vlog. When you spoke about how we sometimes focus on other people’s thoughts more than our own, that resonated with me. I think I be too considerate of others and I hate that just because of the battle I have mentally when I do that. Those burro banana fries looked so good! With the Target towels, I get the $3 ones and just buy like 6 at a time. They’re good quality in my opinion. Never tried the $14 ones though, but they look like nice and fluffy.

I know this is off topic but thank you for the free advertising for New Smyrna Beach 🏖️. That beach is super laid back. Im so use to going to Clearwater Beach but New Smyrna is like a beach in what some would call the cut. I even was able to park for free.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤.
