I've been feeling this lately keep slicking back into my old habits not because I enjoy them anymore but because I did it for so long it's just a habit, working on making my new self my habit now but its a work in progress

I missed gym for months and I miss it especially the cardio workout. Been wanting a pro flex home gym like in all my houses but this grandparents home I inherited. Wish you too could go to that grandparents home where you met up with your cousin and plow a vegetable and fruit field because you have tractors and land. Do it now cost of food is up and the inflation is kicking in so bad. It's spring plant some thing for over a weekend then get down to what you're doing after that come August you'll harvest ❤
