Decided to watch this while eating lunch and started to work on my computer at the same time. The way i intentionally slowed down when you explained mindfulness and not rush yourself when completing tasks. I suddenly feel alot more calm. Thank you for this video!

I was SUPER mindful as a kid but now I feel like my soul is standing outside of me and my body is left alone, also I started working at a metal factory and it's literally sucking the life out if me 🥹🩷

Sounds like you are burnt out. Try implementing something small for just 5 minutes at the easiest time. Even when you go to the bathroom. ❤
