- One of my favorite things to make. Try it out with birria tacos if you dont like ramen. SOOOO GOOOD!!!

2 lb Chuck Roast
onion powder
garlic powder
paprika
cumin
oregano

salt & pepper
Broth
1 (28 oz) El Pato Enchilada Sauce
4 cans of water
1/2 onion
5 cloves garlic
4-5 bouillon cubes (beef or chicken)
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1-2 tsp lemon pepper
salt & pepper
1-2 bay leaves
toppings
cheese
cilantro
red oinion
green onion
