How to make Chipotle Vinegrette!

Everytime that I go to Chipotle, they are super stingy with the Chipotle Vinaigrette.
It's time to make it.. at home.
Ingredients List
1/2 Cup - Avocado Oil (Or any other neutral oil)
1/4 Cup - Red Wine Vinegar
2.5 Tbsp - Honey (You can subsititue for Agave)
3 Tbsp - Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (Check your international isle)
1 Tbsp - Fresh Oregano (You can use 1/4 tsp of Ground Oregano to substitute)
1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
1/2 tbsp - Salt
4 tbsp - Water
