👋Why no poltava on this one? I was going to order the poltava 250/200 and 28/20. Do you see any disadvantages of the Poltavas? What grits would you order for your type of sharpening?
Because one of my subcribers wanted to see stones. I would get the too plates i have they are a perfect pair together. I have found no disadvantages yet with the plates and i have sharpend over 30 times on them now. Say hello from Glenn/knife sharpening norway and let me know how much you love them when you get them my mate.
@@knifesharpeningnorway 👍Already mentioned you. Do you have specific grit recommendations? I think you have 25 and 7 micron? Would you change anything?
look at all that gray hair! =P don't fret, i am right there with ya. my beard has almost no color left in it. nice edge. came out crispy. cut ya with no effort.
Warm beer 🤮 Nice good old-fashioned, sharpening video! 52100 some great high carbon steel I think it’s still does pretty good in the high 50s I’d rather see them in the low 60s though
Yeah good difference from 59 to say 62 or 63 where id want it for a smaller blade. Its not warm mate 14-15 celsius but that gives it more taste its a sweet malty light bitter beer very very good and cheap 10 norwegian kroners a can
Lol-ol-ol 5%, that ain't beer that is water mostly 😂 here in the US we have some craft beers that are 12% now that'll put some hair on your chest! 😝😋💪🍻🍺
