This was quite the timing, just got myself one of these and wouldn't you know it, the door cracks like this, so will replacing these quite soon :)
I also have a leaky power steering hose that goes down the back of the engine (2.4 jtdm) and I'm not quite sure how to remove it to get it refurbished?

About the hose, repair is not advisable, the steering feel will be compromised. But you can try. A new and original one is your best bet
Bruno ... a different question, perhaps you can solve it. Up to now, even Bosch can't solve the issue. Car is a Alfa 156 with official 114kW 2L TS Modellyear 2001 engine. The issue: replacing the fuelpump. Bosch-Dealer delivered a fuelpumpe with diameter 125mm. The white plasticring to mount the pumpe has also inner-diameter 125mm, so this won't work. Bosch still remains that it's the correct pump, but can't tell me how to fix/mount it. There is no different mounting-ring which has less diameter like 115 or 110mm. Its so crazy.
I'm sorry, it's not clear to me the issue. Is the body of the pump not correct? The big oring or the big nut?
The big plastic nut got 125mm size to screw fuelpumps with bigger top caps, but Bosch does only offer a fuelpump for the 114kW engine which has also 125mm size, so it can't be really fixed. Alfa does not offer a different big plastic nut with less size to screw this fuelpump. I don't know how people with an 114kW 2L engine fit their fuelpump@@alfaromeonoproblem

first i will try the fuelpump of the 1,8TS ... the problem with used ones are, that the top cap get leaky, @@alfaromeonoproblem
@@dannydkasel8296 Try to replace just the pump itself (the electric motor), from the new one to your old assembly.
For Germany: be aware that Metzger did offer door stoppers, which did NOT fit ... i had this problem on my 159 prefacelift

I need to do this on both doors, but on the rear ones. I ordered the original ones from the dealer.
Is it different to replace the rear ones?

The rear ones you have to remove de door panel. Then you can do it through the speaker hole
