- This video is a COMPLETELY UNBIASED RV REVIEW of the 2021 @takeyourescape Escape 21'NE travel trailer. This is a fibreglass built RV that is compact and light weight.
We like the huge dinette, made up bed, wet bath and that it is light weight with storage areas. We wished for larger storage doors with magnets and an easier to make bed.
The Escape 21NE is for the RV Sometimer and vacationer/weekender as it is a pretty small space for the full-timer or snowbird. It is best suited to a couple or solo traveller with occasional guest but is completely useable by a family if they are good with making down the dinette each night

I like this escape better than the 19 model because a little more room if we were wanting a small camper. Also your absolutely right no matter what camper you buy there are give and takes and you have to sort out what's the most important to you. No perfect scenario in any. If we find that camper that's perfect we will definitely buy it for sure LOL.

I love the Escape trailers because of the construction. Definitely no leaks until you drill a hole in the Fiberglass. They can be made four seasons which I love. F&T Cheers!!!

@@DoesSizeMatter Well, we’ve been tempted to try for one of their lottery inventory units but I guess we do want something a little more custom, and would also like too see a 23. Oh, and there is the fact that we don’t even have a tow vehicle yet. Perhaps we need to see some tow vehicle reviews as well 🙂.
@@yakrv3850 Ya I thought that might be it. Plus WE want to see the 23 too. We can't wait for it to come out. Getting the right tow vehicle is important and we do wish we could help but we have enough on our hands trying to get RV reviews done but we do suggest you check out BTBRV (big truck big rv) he is excellent at giving good easy to understand truck info he knows everything about towing. Check him out, that's where we go when we have a tow question.
Very nice.is there a way the storage opening can be made wider for passing items in and out ? they seem a little small to put in a large container.
The exterior storage openings are built into the frame which is from a fiberglass mold, see the construction video for pictures of that, so the mold is then used for every trailer and they are not able to change the size of the openings. The inside openings for storage are usually based on the size of the space available. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching.
Wow. Prices have skyrocketed since 2021. Up by over $10k. 2021->2022
Unfortunately, all RV manufacturers have increased their pricing over the last couple of years. Manufacturing and shipping costs have gone up but then there is also the whole supply and demand law as well. Inflation is hurting us all from many angles.
What does it take to tow,?What size vehicle.How much does it weigh?

Is the roof accessible? Is there a ladder for this model?
No there is not a ladder with this trailer. You would have to bring one and climb up to reach the roof, which isn't too high. We would not consider this a walkable roof and you could reach it from a ladder for maintenance. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching
