We weren't sure about the recording approach and difficulty either, but most travel vloggers however are in Asia and we wanted to showcase our countries on the channel too! (yes, a small hint of where we will be heading next 🇬🇧). We also have a lot of family get-togethers in between, so we're happy that we manage to combine work with time with our loved ones!
The world is very different though and what is normal for us on a daily basis may be special for someone else! So sharing our tips is a pleasure!
@@JayeshChhaya I think its really important to be able to showcase our own countries in this way. Plus with the current economic climate it can be too expensive for people to travel to far away countries, so showing countries closer to home (UK) that are only a cheap budget flight away helps people realise that they can have a very enjoyable trip to a new and exciting place on a budget!
Also these videos have been an excellent introduction to Poland as well as the warmth of the Polish people. Thank you :)

I'm not a breakfast person usually but I'll never say no to sausages (& eggs ) 😂 Also in Poland ingredients are pretty fresh which doesn't make you feel heavy!

You are most welcome! Whenever I come to Poland I eat at milk bars all the time because it’s cheap and tasty 👌 Yes you pay for everything at the counter and then for drinks/desserts you just get it yourself from the fridge 👍

Well I can say these foods looks okay and always good to see when people tries something in a foreign country. However I am neither brittish nor polish and I think Karolina is cute and I personally would like to eat with her. Pierogi leniwe must be accompanied with fried bred crumbs soaked with melted butter and sprinkled with brown sugar.
I think the bread crumbs would actually add a lot of flavour to it 😋 My mouth is watering… I really like this dish!!!

I love cinnamon but Pierogi Leniwe taste amazing with just butter and sugar for me 😍 Sometimes people add bread crumbs which I like too!

Tak podsmażone masełko z cukrem spróbuj choć jedną kluseczka posypać cynamonem. Ponieważ sam sobie gotuję a leniwe to szybką w przygotowaniu potrawa więc bywają u mnie często.😮

Restaurants in Poland are opened til late - 10/11 pm sometimes - but Milk Bars usually close late afternoon/early evening 😋

I’m Polish and I’ve never heard about Zacierki na Mleku 😜 Where does it come from? Maybe it’s a regional specialty? [Karolina] I love Kaszka manna though - it brings me childhood memories back ❤️
Yes, that’s correct! We also emphasised the past Bar Mleczny was mostly serving the foods made out of flour, eggs and milk. Nowadays, there’s a lot of traditional Polish dishes to choose from which I personally love!

Simple traditional Polish food at great prices. Maybe the quality is not so great, but ìt does give a taste of Polish food at a kind of polish fast food chain if i may call it that. My aunt used to go there a lot, but my mom wouldn't eat there haha. Anyway, I have gone a few times and i do enjoy it. I like Karolina's explanation of the food and traditions. The only thing I didn't like is that she was carrying the heavy trays instead of you. Maybe next time she can film and you can carry. It kind of threw me off a bit and was worried it was too heavy and uncomfortable for her as a girl to carry. Other than that, great video.
I agree! In milk bars you’ll find authentic Polish food but at the end it’s a mass production :)

I definitely miss Asia (especially the food) but I'm enjoying be back at home (not so much the UK as the weather is horrid but summer is coming!) - we will be filming a decent amount in the UK before heading back to Asia :)

I actually know both terms and in most of the places them were called Pierogi Leniwe - maybe it's a regional difference?
I eat Kluski to other meals like Rolada because them Polish dough balls are more mashy and savoury to me. Karolina says that they are made from flour, mashed potatoes, and sometimes eggs so they differ from pierogi a lot haha
And when I tried Pierogi Leniwe for the first time, I remember the term "lazy pierogi" because I loved how white cheese was just combined with flour and then boiled and topped up with some sugar 😋
Both are delicious in their own right though!

I'm from Krakow, we don't look at the British strangely, we just have images in mind when they drunkenly run around the market naked pissing and vomiting in every place. Nevertheless, we are glad that you like it 😎

Have you get yr medical check-up? If not, please use any support to lessen any possible further damage to yr shoulder, mate. Had you remember what I said about my ankle, it went worse that time bc I forcefully tried to walk without any walking stick to support it. I were only use ankle wrap then I couldn't walk for another week or so.😞

I'm back in the UK and I have physio booked in very soon! My shoulder feels much better but still needs time to regain motion and strength and it still is healing to be honest! These are the videos we recorded before the accident so don't worry :)

@@ohigho9717 Exactly! I'm in my 30s yet my right ankle doesn't work properly bc I torn some muscle 15y ago when I got injured. Yet on another location I almost pierced my foot blood vessel into a sharp rock bc I had to save my friend who almost fell on slippery rocks, that time we went downhill after a hike, thankfully I just bleed for few minutes before another guy with medic aid came.
Some heavy injuries may seems like it healed but side effects stays forever like my ankle which always feel painful on colder days and it always have a faint clicking sound when I walk. It may sounds funny but It makes me feel like a donut sometimes.🥲
I went to a milk bar in Gdańsk, right bunch of miserable faces were serving and I wasn’t carrying a camera. Stuffed cabbage was grim
I know what you are talking about 😅 I get a little stressed sometimes going into Milk Bars because they don't usually speak English and I get the impression they don't want to be bothered by you. It really depends on the milk bar though - I've had really nice interactions and great food. I find it helps to just know some basic Polish to show you are trying haha

It really depends where - we don’t mind self-service because this is kind of the theme of the Polish Milk Bars (fast, simple & clean) but what we don’t like is sometimes the approach 😂 Without Karolina I would be very lost to be honest!

Think of it as a fast food place that serves traditional food.

Europe is great. The USA has terrible unhealthy food, high prices, terrible public transport, dirty everywhere, full of homeless people on the streets, and very very dangerous. It's no better in Canada.
