    Love this workout. Just recently started doing this after work. Aswell as the 30 min upper body workout in early morning. Fantastic!! Feeling good. 👏

    I would love to see more of these, with resistance bands, that cover all the upper body muscles and are 15-20 minutes!

    what band weight would you recommend in lb for a 17/18 year old male, 5’9 and 11st 6? currently doing 75lb on the bands but don’t know if i’m pushing too much, don’t want to injure myself

    Should there be a discussion about a warm up prior to exercise? And, what band resistance should a person use?

    So this one hurt. Not bad. But i gotta say, I must be doing it wrong.
    Some back and brow sweat, but not much else.
    I'm following along , not perfectly.
    Should i get harder bands?

    Im new to your channel and new to bands/tubes, Do I stop the video to do each exercise 3 times, or can I go through from start to finish then do it twice more ? thank you. Watching from Australia and trying to learn as Im switching over from using dumbells. :-)

      All you have to do is follow the workout and it will take you through each exercise three times.

    61 years old with severe s shape scoliosis. Can no longer do upper body workout with light hand weights. Do you think this workout is okay
