This is very helpful, I'm a carer working with a young adult with left sided CP & go into pool for hydro, looking to develop an exercise programme. I was wondering if wrist and ankle weights would be of assistance? Does your client have weights on his legs?
@@strokerecovery-rehabjourne1368 it went well I watched your video before getting in the pool I'm lacking a lot of coordination in the upper limb so the punches and chest extensions are more challenging ill go again tomorrow and do it.
