Im a 163cm middleblocker and I have blocked someone that's 170cm - 180cm players but thier mostly thanks to my animal instinct to just jump and predict where the ball will be hit so this video really helped me. Thank you!
im just over 180cm at 18 years old, and the transistion from junior net to mens net is difficult to get used to, especially when blocking. my spike reach is around 310cm but when i block, i cant even get half of my forearms over the net most of the time, so this video is a great help to me
would you please do a video on players covering they're team mates outside attacks. in regards in where to stand to prevent the ball touching the ground

I've wasted so much time daydreaming of becoming a professional and bathing in self pity when I couldnt even serve lol. If you really love volleyball just fucking put the work in and all the rest will conveniently fade away; once you get in this proactive state of mind you'll be able to track progress better and actually grow as a player. Will you end up in italy playing first division? probably not. But can you become an amazing attacker and play at a high level for many years to come? ABSOLUTELY.
