As a middle I am pretty much used to this and I can tell this video has very good information. Glad that I got a setter who trusts me and also goes for the difficult angles sometimes. What I can add is that you can also practise the speed of your arm swing. The faster you can strike, the more time you have to react and adjust the spike before executing it. :)

I have somewhat high vertical but can't time well with high set tho can spike differential and i can spike quick bettet than high set

There are several best setters and spikers in my eyes. Setters De Cecco, Gianelli, Toniutti, Christenson… and Leon, Anderson, Ngapeth, Kurek and many more😉
