the problem with a lot of the ARF foamies is that that the canopy is glued on and you can't get it off without damage in order to put a pilot in there.

I use this technique for pilots as well, I stick onto 1/16th ply, never thought of foamboard, cheers Tim 👍

Jim: Excellent point, I am always on the lookout for canopies on eBay, swap meets, etc. Tim
