22:13 the most dramatic crash of them all
Hahahahaha😂😂😂
It's my favorit too. 😂
Immediately followed by a really dramatic crash
Still funny tho
lmaoo lol
yes
This is wonderful... wholesome, no annoying transitions, no stolen content, no 240p quality, no begging to like and subscribe. You are great, my friend!
The vid is wonderful, but the crashes aren’t
Yep
Well Put
You don't get out much, do you?
For a moment I thought you were me. Had me thinking I was drunk youtubing
As heartbreaking as some of these crashes could be, the fact that most everyone seems to be laughing about it makes it much more fun to watch. You guys have a great place to fly even if it is a bit windy at times.
I mean after all it is just for fun and games, also most of these wrecks are easily fixable with some replacement plastic :)
13:27 I'm utterly impressed by that fire response team.
Plane: gets demolished
Bruce: AYYYYY, YESSSSSS, LOVELY, BEAUTIFUL!!!
Your spell checker is faulty. YES is spelled YESSSSSS!
@@wordreet I don't know what you are talking about - seems fine to me :P
@@Averell64 Oh! My mistook. I'm sure that, .... the other day it was like . . . 🤔🦑
"LANDED, oh, HAHAHA"
hahah yea xD
Quite a lot of those were successful landings by my standards.
Richard Hallyburton wouldn’t wanna fly with you lol
Hey, any landing you can walk away from. And I think all of those pilots walked away!
100% m8
Lol😂🤣😭
@@zurect2066 well using landing just stop flying in the air
The way he laughs, the way he says "landed" even though the plane has exploded into a fireball, the hilarious shots of wheels coming off.
Also you can really see the friendship between these guys just having fun.
This just made my day!
Just a bunch of people having fun... Makes me happy too :)
My son was a member of a local flying club, but jacked it in when one of the meetings nearly
ended in a punch up. Just a bunch of middle aged children !
2:04 He didn't eject, stayed with it and saved hundreds of lives on the ground. Man is a legend. His kids should be proud.
Hey Bruce, we have a saying at our field: "You never want to see someone crash their beautiful plane, but you don't want to miss it either!"
Good one applies to most RC stuff
When it’s that awkward moment and it’s not rc
Rowles Reels Get out of here with your terminator ai.
@@ricky107_ Because most RC operators (never to be called a pilot) clearly have more green stuff than gray matter.
@@rowlesreels9309 😳
21:34 That was actually a pretty nice save considering they only had the front wheel down.
i mean, he could have put it down in the gras...
"I didn't scrape any of this footage from elsewhere..."
Okay, now you have my full respect and attention.
Great video! Much thanks for all the obvious work and time that went into reviewing your footage and editting the crashes.
Normal pilot: "What's your approach speed?"
RC pilot: "4 times faster than needed"
Normal pilot: "Oh, well you're going to have issues"
RC pilot: "CRASHES"
Normal pilot : told you so
perks of crashing an RC, everybody haves a laughs and some claps
perks of crashing a real plane, nobody claps when hitting the ground
@@svampebob007 well they might clap if they hold their hands just right just before hitting the ground
@@svampebob007 depends on the situation. If you are flying an airliner that’s been hit by a missile yet still somehow flying and you crash land it in a field, I bet the people who survived on board are applauding you…
@@mariolisa2832 The pilot that manages that will never have to buy another drink for as long as they live. Which I have no doubt they would make us of right after exiting the cockpit and having a change of pants.
That poor F-15....I think it will want a new owner after that many crashes!
Those cows in the back are so confused 1:56
No kidding. Hate to be the judgmental bitch here, but frankly, if you are going to operate a heavy, fast jet, you need the skills to do so safely.
He first crashed a real F-15 then they gave him a toy until he's ready
I’ll take him
@@cinegraphics the air force does that with all their lemon pilots. If they fail with the RC variant then they have to use a matchbox toy and their imagination to move back up to the RC then the real deal.
It’s surprising to see with how little damage many of the planes got away with. In my day you always took a pile of broken balsa home.
foam is surprising
Your commentating is the best part ,,, thanks for 10 years of rc awesomeness!!!
That seaplane model showing what a structural overload looks like was amazing and scary.
22:14 was quite simply amazing, lol
Some of these jet models look absolutely amazing, they must take so much time to build then paint
the end sequence is definately great! lol
Shouting "Landed!" after a hard crash will always be funny 😂😂
3:01 take a moment to admire this wise old grandmaster and his unique style of RCing. You mighty guru, give us, to the people, the light of your hard earned and priceless knowledge.
i wish there was a whole video on that chair! imagine if you used a microcontroler to have the yoke control the transmitter... maybe thats what he did, but i assume it was more of a mechanical method, maybe pneumatics, idk.
What an amazing archive ! Thanks for digging them up and sharing !
Love how you all are so mutually supportive and non-judgmental!
That was wild. It seems you kept people in good spirits with your laughter and enjoyment when they may have been discouraged by an expensive mishap.
You deserve a medal of some sort.
I literally said "go around" to my screen at least 4 times through out this video
#me too.. I also thought "put the gear up and belly land on the grass" when jets were coming in with one retract not down.
Only 4 times lol I screamed the entire vid go around pull up pull up pull up 😁😂🤣 Happy New year's ✌️
Touch and go, most came in waaaaay too hot, lol😉
yep. But alot more than 4 times.
10:30... he was listening
7:21 "I haven't crashed that one yet" :D
:D
2:44 That's true friendship 😂
14:30 Save your transmitter! It isn't on fire!
Haha, some great fun being had! I laughed at 95% of those, but really felt it for a few of the bigger ones. I can see why it took a lot of work to get that lot together Bruce, bet you feel like a break away from the pc for a while. Most enjoyable good Sir!
OH MY GOD SIR YOUR COMMENTARY IS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!! Wonderful vid and thank you! o7 [salute]
I rarely find myself laughing out loud but some of the commentary to these crashes had me cracking up! Nicely done sir 👍🏻
This was simply fantastic. I have been collecting model airplane mishap vhs videos and everything else for over 30 years, and this one goes in the top 3! Thanks you are the man, and absolutely love your sense of humor!
Damn, you put a lot of work into this. I appreciate it!
Awesome content and well put together. Appreciate all the work and time that you put into this!
the best thing about this video is the laughter at every single crash
I have concluded that retracts, turbines, and proximity to the ground are the main problems! :-P
No, the main problem is Gravity! It wins everytime!
Pneumatic retracts suck. I stopped using them a few years ago and replaced the ones I had with electric. :)
@@twinturbostang Gravity ALWAYS wins...... It's the law ! :)
3:47 wind, you forgot the bloody wind :)
The main problem (there is only one) is poor pilot skills.
Awesome work Bruce, thanks for taking so much time to put this together!
"Did you guys notice that we always crash when this xjet guy is filming?"
Excellent video! And no ads every 5 min makes it damn near perfect!
Wow, that was really , really fun to watch !! Everything from minor flubs to full on earth darts !! No wonder it took so long !! Great job Bruce, this was just a carnage fest !! Anyone with any amount of time in RC knows, you are going to crash sometime !! As most of the pilots seem to have a good sense of humor about this , it's great to hear everyone laughing and enjoying themselves. Hope this video gets tons of views, it deserves it !!
Been waiting for this! This video is one hell of an accomplishment!
Crying 250 times in 30 minutes
That f15 close to the beginning hurt me bad
I absolutely love this. The commentary is amazing!
17:54
Xjet: " Coming in for a beautiful landing..."
Plane: *kamikazes itself into a concrete wall*
Xjet: " Lovely".
Had a smile on my face for the whole video. Thanks for all your hard work. We appreciate it.
That sound and the laugh when he hit the tower at the end made the whole thing that much better lmfao. Some of these had me in tears
Simply great. It won't be boring to watch your videos.
After watching this video, I think I will never fly again.... I'm now too afraid of crashing. Just kidding, if you ain't crashing, you ain't flying. Great job Bruce.
pilots: because the planes wont crash themselves
"If you ain't crashing, you ain't flying." Did you check to make sure that none of the world's more obscure airlines has that phrase trademarked?
Don't worry you won't be flying any time soon anyway 😉
Thats what the passengers of the 9/11 flight said to themselves during the ordeal.
I don't think I've laughed and said "Damn!" so many times in a 30 minute window before. Loved it Bruce.
Ryanair looks at landings “hold my beer”
Him saying "enjoy 30min of crashes" ... Watching this gives me pain instead of enjoyment ^__^
You did it Bruce, it was all I hoped it would be. Great edit and thanks for spending the time putting it together for us. Dang, it's hard to watch those beautiful jets crash though. I'm sure I'll watch this thing at least 10 times.
it’s 1:36am here in Western Australia and I’m watching xjet
It's 1.36pm in Chile and I'm also watching xjet lol
What's hilarious is that that's the time right now here in the USA, EST and I'm doing the same thing!!🤩🤩🤩
It’s 1.55am here in New Zealand and I am watching this video for the third time
11:55 PM here in Brazil ! Landed 🤣
SwissCheeseAviation well it’s 1:38 here so haha I win u looz
"Beautiful Ron!" "Gorgeous!" Love it
The live commentary and words of encouragement are the best part 😂😂😂 Excellent video. "Beautiful! Yes!" 🤣
Thank you Bruce for all of your hard work keeping us entertained. God bless you.
From now on, every time I find myself heading for an unintended landing Bruce’s Chuckles and Cheers will be playing in the back of my head! Too funny!! 👍
"That's a unusual landing stance try using the wheels" LOL I love that
250 crashes and the commentary is money on a solid half of them
What a monster project, WOW! KUDOS to you Bruce! I have created a few Crash Compilations videos of just my birds on my channel and I know how much freaking work goes into putting one of these videos together! The video behemoth that you have created here was well done but not made because you had all this footage lying around but because of your absolute love of this hobby that I also share! The footage you collected over the years was just the bonus! This 'Bonus' for Us of your "Bonuses" is an absolute gift for your subscribers like me! Again, "Kudos!" goes to you and your efforts here as well as toward your family during this production! (Speaking of family, I hope your daughter is doing better...) Stay SAFE and SANE out there! Best regards, Dave
"Any landing that you can walk away from is a good landing." -Launchpad McQuack
@Yize Dai I wasn't being serious. But I do think that quote is still funny after all these years. And not just in the context of RC planes.
Outstanding 👏👏👏
Thank you for this brilliant compilation.
You have the best personality, what an asset to any flying club thanks!
After all that time, the wait was worth it!
geez, how long did it take you to go through your archives? that's a lot of footage, nice video
I needed a good chuckle , Thank you,,, Best part is the fact you can laugh at yourself for messing up.
the visuals are pretty funny on their own, but your commentary makes it absolutely hilarious
BEAUTIFUUUUL! My fav was 32:28 the one that really hammers into the airfield tower! Epic collection! Make me wanna go to our local field and just film a few sad cards full. Greets, Mario
“Well you were right about the crash, I’ll give you that one” 😂😂😂😂 I love your comments Bruce!!
"Got enough power to get to the scene of the crash" creased me
Thank you for sharing
Great compilation!
2:45 That got me lol
I knew it was going to be a great video when I saw that. I had to pause it because I was laughing so hard hahahahaha you couldn't have planned that any better.
Watching this has taught me that I am not good enough at landings to get an expensive jet. Most "pilots" in this video flying expensive jets are the same. :)
The control tower crash was magnificent…the impact and the laughter…first rate👍🏻
Sounds like a great amount of effort thanks.
Ron gets through a lot of planes, doesn't he?!!
So many he could have bought a real plane... we are glad he didnt buy a real plan after seeing him fly.
That's why they call him "Rocket Ron"
Old time flyer cant go wrong champion is ron
After all that when it ended I still hungered for more! Lot's of laughs Great Job!
COVID-19 "caged-days" relief! Thank You!
Check out some of the early videos, particularly the windy day videos. loads of fun.
Might try upwind landings for a bit?
Next time I put the cadet senior up I'll have try flying in 60 mph winds, looks like fun.
I really love this Mr.Xjet :)
Glad you liked it.
Learned alot Bruce thanks
very funny stuff✌
1. Always bring several plane's👍
2. Jets bounce nicely😲
3. I'm better than i thought😂
4. Dont forget fire extinguisher🔥
5. Bruce should make more videos😂
those jets do bounce very nicely don't they
Jets bring weight to the comedy of this video in the ratio of kinetic energy half the mass multiplied by the velocity squared.
6: everyone needs to yell LANDING ! when someone else is crashing
Seeing this makes me thankful for the fact that all of my flying has been with drones. I started with a losi 10th scale RC car. Electric with nicd batteries.
The moment I saw drones on TV in around 2014, I knew that they were for me. The hobby was just so expensive, but the goggles and transmitter will probably last you. Most of the cost is props, motors, arms, antennas and batteries ect.
The electronic bits add up quick. Planes are cheaper and far less complex. That and the extended flight time are the only advantages in my opinion. Possibly nostalgia as well. I've been flying drones for years and haven't met a soul in my rural county who flies an fpv drone or ever seen an FPV drone fly around with my own eyes... Sad.
I tried flying line of sight in the beginning, but it ended badly.
A brilliant compilation cheers 👍😎🇦🇺
No other compilation comes close. Thankyou
2:36 Holy Crap! That has got to be the highest speed RC crash on record! That would have been devastating if it hit property or god forbid a person!
I wonder if it made a crater
@@aldi3369 I'd atleast guess that the plane would quite suddenly become very flat.
Given the aircraft looks about 6-8 feet lengthwise, and it was traveling half of it's span every frame, we can probably conclude that it was traveling between 3-4 feet per frame. Assuming the video rendered at 60fps, we would be looking at a plane going roughly 120 to 160 miles an hour.
@@koneeche God lord, that plane must have become very flat!
@@Bullshit_Media Perhaps vaporized into the dirt, I'd say!
16:52 Gotta be a record? Reckon I counted 10 landings on that one! hehe
the MIG-15 is very hard to land, every time i see one land its just *boing* *boing* *boing* *boing*
My father used to fly RC planes (and real planes - more on that later) until he crashed his last one - a Cessna 172, I believe; that was over 40 years ago - and gave up in favor of flying real planes (and not crashing them). But he still liked RC models, so on occasional - and much-dreaded - Saturdays, he would drive the family to the closest RC field, park at the flightline fence, and watch people flying their models ALL AFTERNOON. He would pay eager and avid attention to the 'action,' while my mother and sister read books and I silently begged for SOMEBODY TO CRASH.
He eventually moved on to parking by the runways at small local airports to watch the much-less-frequent takeoffs and landings, meaning there was even less going on and now I couldn't wish for ANYONE to crash. God bless him, he truly loved flight.
Great video!! Good bunch of mates who enjoy laughing at each others crashes!! 😊👍
Amazing similarity between all these crashes. I have studied each crash in detail, and categorised all the different causes of the crash. After much statistical analysis, I deduced the most common cause of crash to be contact with the ground.
😁
Those jet boys definitely have heaps more money than skills, lol.
Good job Bruce 👍
2:36 you know just by the speed that that ended up in absolute destruction
This is awesome, they must love when you video them and laugh hysterically 😂😂

Best one I thought was the plane ready to take off, and obviously didn't want to fly because it just lifted its nose wheel😂 also possibly the cheapest crash😉
