just search how to convert a 30fps video to 60fps , there are quite a few programs who generate frames but its not 100% guaranteed that the outcome will be flawless 60fps , sometimes its may be a little bit choppy which depends on many factors
Every TV from the last 10 years has something like Motion Plus, Trumotion etc. It's old tech. AMD had this technology many years ago ready for video playback.

I can't open the driver after I restart my pc. It only opens if I reinstall and open it from the setup in the end. Does anyone know how to fix this?

@@svaseriofficial6061 yeah I recently tried it on Horizon Zero Dawn on my 6750xt and it feels awful. The overlay shows that the FPS has almost doubled but in reality it feels quite the opposite...
You should put the support GPU in your title because there are people who still use old GPU like Rx 5000 series
be our saviors and save our gpu’s if you can optimize Alan Wake 2 ! Helps a lot especially with this as I get roughly 85-90 FPS but wish FSR2 wasn’t a requirement and hoping a FSR3 mod would come out

Works on Quantum Break. I went from 144 to 240 FPS. You do have to go into the Options/Display settings of the game while its running and select Exclusive / Full Screen for it to turn on Fluid Motion. Also make sure you disable Super Resolution while running Fluid motion frames. I ran it and had no issues at 240 FPS.

I upgraded the AMD driver and enabled AFMF mainly for Starfield. Before enabling it, I got mostly 35- 40 FPS. Afterward, I got 75- 80 FPS.
Starfield is perfectly happy with this change and so am I.

How would this affect cooling temps? And should I over or undervolt my CPU/GPU in doing stuff like this? Cause FPS is important but the integrity of the components are also important
nowadays you shouldnt be overclocking your cpu and gpu they are already factor OC, most of them at least, and wont show much improvements

Amernime's Polaris/Vega/RDNA AFMF drivers are out. Can you try the driver on a Rx 580 (the poor gamers option) to see if it works?

hi, my fps is hitting 230 on a game i play but its jumping all over place, if i try to cap it with the chill and set the fps to 180 it still fluctuates, my gpu is 1005 MOST OF THE TOIME BUT I HAVE BEEN WATCHIN IT AND the cpu% is sometinmes being used. how can i make the gpu 100% of time and the fps to be high but cap and stays approx the same?

(Rx 6000 also have afmf but it's not working in vulkan games)

Tried it in warzone, the metric shows like 500fps but the ingame metrics shows 300fps.

Hello can you help me i have a7800 xt with a 5800x3d and i have low fps in rf2 and le man ultimate they have the same engine in other race games its all good.before that i had an 2600 ryzen 5 and had the same fps in rf2 and le man ultimate bjt alot less jn the other race games.my brother has the same syatem bit with a 6800xt and his fps are over 120 so 50-60 more than me in this to games.how is that possible tha knly differents is i now have 16 gb 2600 ram and he has 32 gb 3200 ram but i dont think this make so much difference .

hi @Panjno. i m having doubts about my pc when it s gaming time. i have an AM4 system b550 motherboard with a ryzen 5 4600g with 32gb ram 3200mhz and the rx7600 nonxt 8gb. and from time to time my games just go down or sttuter example. pubg. everything goes well and when it s rendering smoke i go from 170fps to 78 to 90 and it is giving me a lot of input lag in those seconds. happens the same when textures are loading or from time to time even if i don t do anything just staying afk on the game. what i m trying to say is that i dont have a consistent game experience while having sttuters and low fps into my games. and of course warzone goes to 40 fps every time i enable amd sam (resizable bar) and i dont know why. i follow you and see all of your videos and i love the work you are doing. thank you for everything and i hope you will have the time to investigate a little bit this problem because i m pretty sure that there are more people out there having the same issues.
Check and see if you have Resizable Bar enabled
Also debloat windows.
Also pubg is known for it's garbage optimizations.
If your interested AtlasOS and Revios are debloated windows scripts.
They used to be custom isos but have changed to a new method.

@@smarfbag8714 i have all of that and an optimized bios settings and it doesn t matter, i know what i m doing most of the time and i only do things with restore points soo i know how to test it out. the most anoying in all this is the performance loss with resizable bar enabled and it makes no sense to me, i just dont know what it could be. the pc is almost brand new i mean it has like 3 months of use. i see videos on youtube with this exact system and it goes to a certain fps. and then i see my sistem with a debloated windows and everything optimized and it goes worst i just can t find the login in all this. i both tested everything with a defaut windows instal and the optimized and in either case i have the same problem. it s like my pc is throtling but i dont know with what because i monitor my components and everything has a awesome temperature and the usage is never too high. i will probably end up changing the whole pc and fk it. i m tired of trying every logical solucion and nothing works.

Enabling it at 120 fps will give you like 15ms latency, enabling it at 70 fps, will give you like 20--22ms latency, so isnt that much.

Hello boys! Am i the only one having issues with fluid motion frames?What i mean is i installed the driver launched cyberpunk turned on FMF it works perfectly next day i launch cyberpunk and its says fmf inactive not compatible with the games display mode. I checked vsync is off game is fullscrenen even used ddu and installed driver again and the same problem appers after couple of launches.Maybe some sort of bug?
you need to enable it again in the amd drivers it happens that it auto disables it on the game and graphics tab

This works great for cyberpunk. Ok for Baldur's gate 3 and not very good at all in Hogwarts lots of micro stuttering in Hogwarts. tho to be fair there is a lot of micro stuttering at native in Hogwarts as well.

@@Nicx343x cool...thanks...ive been playing around with it a bit..I managed to get it to work by setting the limit in Riva Tuner to 60fps...which makes it double to 120 in game.... still choppy though when looking around.. but its a step in the right direction
I turn off anti lag because it works better at higher FPS without it. And when the game has support AMD boost , AMD recommends turning it on, then FPS doesn't drop when moving
Of course. Anti-lag is only useful when the game is gpu heavy. It reduces strain on the gpu by limiting cpu to match gpu rendering. As for other technologies such as amd boost it just creates more visual clutter since it's not implemented well and is not great imo.
@@OneShotCS I don't know if it makes artifacts, I play 60% of the time on my portable 15 inch monitor. Maybe you can see it on the big monitor, but if you have a 260Hz monitor, fluid motion and AMD boost will help you a lot
@@XMoldyMe No I meant fundamentaly the technology is not great. Fluid motion will introduce input lag and is only good for low end systems or games that only output low fps like 30-60. Amd boost on the other hand was made to lower resolution when in motion, but instead does it whenever mouse movement is registered making it a very bad solution for boosting fps while failing to keep good visuals. I play competitive shooters and games alike so I would 100% take lower latency/smoother fps and image quality/stability over higher fps.

So it has 154ms latency (Native) at 4K res and 55 FPS
FSR 3 quality + AFMF - 146ms
Anti lag+ will help a lot, but I dont have it on the 6000, so I don't bother
If you look at what the driver is showing you, it will add 20-30ms at most.
AMD boost it reduces the resolution by 50% yes, but only when you do quick mouse movements, you can't see that and this in turn will help maintain FPS when AFMF is turned on
Normally in a cooperative game you have 300FPS and the latency is so low that you don't even notice AFMF, but I would only use it for single player games
As shown in the video it's good for games that have 30 FPS lock or if you have a monitor with 144-165-260Hz but you don't have that many FPS

no its just for 7000 and 6000 series but u can use the ingame frame generation but i will not be that great with a rx 580 cause its to old

Ati lag works best in GPU Limit Szenarios, i dont think that disabled anti lag makes a Huge Difference 🤷🏻

@@spidey3788 yes, there is now a new Beta Fluid Motion Driver. The stability of Fluid Motion frame has been improved there. If you want to use Fluid Motion frame, you are not allowed to update the beta driver until AMD releases an official driver for it.

I am not sure why is it not working in my case. I tried to turn the Fluid Frame Gen in my 6800 GPU. When I turned it on in game No FPS boost was gained. Also I am getting less fps in this driver than my previously installed stable driver.
You have to monitor FPS, via AMD Adrenalin, other programs can't detect it, as it works via the driver and you have to have the green light on fluid motion in the drivers
@@XMoldyMeI do have the AMD Overlay on. Sometimes it doesn't show the FPS and when it does there is no difference between fluid frame on and off. When I turn on Fluid Frame there is indeed green tick saying it is active

Yes, it will. AMD doesn't recommend it for competitive gaming because of the input lag it introduces.

I feel like this tech is pretyy useless, if u are sensitive to input lag and or in fps games. Im on 100fps in remnant 2 and with afmf 180 but i cant even feel the difference because the input lag is so much higher. It even makes a worse experience than 100 fps with lower input lag. Ive tried it in wz2 and there i went from 200 to 300something. And its the same thing. Fps is higher but the inout lag also, it doesnt feel right. The input lag extra isnt worth it in fps games i feel like. But maybe in games where u dont need to react really fast it can be useful dor some people
