- Took my 2024 Dark Horse out for a FULL SEND. It has the ALL NEW Gen 6 Stage 2 WHIPPLE SUPERCHARGER!!!
It’s cold, tires are stock, but it pulls so HARD 💪

Damn it’s freight training…… and the darkhorse has forged internals also so it’s just a blower away from heaven…… Awesome job I know your stoked
The rods are forged but I think the pistons are still hypereutectic.
@@amiller2121 ah gotcha In my experience hyper eutectic can take a lot but just don’t detonate and its all good.

The regular GT has the same exact engine as the dark horse. Its just tuned differently in the dark horse.
@@Telexic I believe the Dark Horse actually gets upgraded forged crank and rods. That is the main difference.

I noticed that your car can rev freely to the 7,500 RPM redline, but in the Dark Horse press videos the cars seemed to be limited to 7,250 RPM despite the redline being 7,500. Was there some sort of OTA update to correct this, or is this a product of the Whipple tune?
This is a whipple pre production tune. Will be available to the public in a week or 2
Is the traction control better now on these newer coyotes, even with the whipple tune on there? I noticed at around 1:00 to 1:02 it was laying the power down really well in 2nd gear and I could hear some torque management keeping the tire spin minimized, almost like a proper closed loop traction control you'd see on a standalone ecu.

Everything is way better on the s650. Solid car all around. Especially with a Whipple Supercharger 💪

Quick question. On my old 2018 Roush stage 3 when I got to 5th or 6th gear the vehicle would climb the Revs but not accelerate. Does this happen in 5th or 6th to you?? Did you upgrade the clutch?
This car is completely stock. Besides the Gen 6 Whipple. Roush is a whole different set up
Would it be possible to get it to whine louder?
I usually bring a passenger and they whine 😂
The Gen 6 Whipple is so efficient it doesn’t starve for air and doesn’t whine as much.
I think you can still get a sound tube from lethal performance to hear it better inside.

Testing? Testing for what? The car isn’t able to be tuned and most guys like me just want to know what it runs in normal trim before we drop 70k on it
But just s650 in general. See all kinds of dyno videos of the whipple stuff but no actual numbers yet.

3.73 comes in Dark Horse from factory. I have a boosted 2020 Gen 3 6 speed ESS G2 Blower on 3.55
That whipple is something else. Having a boosted yote is soooo much fun. I'm making mid 600RWHP on 9 pounds of boost on the 120mm pulley ESS offers. If I delete the high flow Cats it'll put me near 700RWHP but emissions lol.
Once I jump on E85 after my fuel system upgrade then I'll shoot for mid 700RWHP and let her stay there.

The lack of blower whine is disappointing. Have you weighed the car? i'm expecting 4200lbs for a dark horse with a whipple which is also disappointing. Everything is so heavy today.😥
You want a whine? Get a slow hell cat. You want power? Get this. The all new Gen 6 Whipple doesn’t whine like a little B! No whine means no starving for air btw
