Good video. I’m switching between home use (larger thunderbolt 3) and work use (with the smaller display link) but my hp zbook sometimes plays up and drivers need to be reinstalled. It seems to flip between thunderbolt driver and all docs driver but you can’t have both. I’m still trying to get the bottom of it and may repost later. The hp docs are good.

Never had any issues with any HP docks. Kensingtons on the other hand I've had multiple issues.

    This was fantastic review
Really first time to know the difference between them
    One more thing
What is the difference in watt
    120 watt 230 watt
Also can i switch between chargers like use 230 w instead of 120 w
    Thanks in advance

      110 Watts.
Just kidding. According to the Googles...
"The main benefits of 120V power are quite limited. 120V AC Power has a reduced chance of producing a terminal electrocution should one occur. 240V power divides the single-phase electricity into two separate 110V conductors that share a common neutral wire or ground. This allows for a more efficient transfer of power."

I need help here to understand more on that.
I found an HP charger that can supply UpTo 180 watt. On 110-240v that what is says on it.
So, connected and it is working fine
But should I continue looking for 120 Watt still or not?
What do you think about it

      @@ibrahimeltony4865 According to ChatGPT...
"Yes, you can use a 180-watt power cord with a docking station that requires 120 watts and operates within a voltage range of 110-240 volts. The wattage of the power cord (180 watts, in this case) refers to its maximum power capacity. As long as the voltage range and connector type match, using a higher-wattage power cord (180 watts) with a device that requires a lower wattage (120 watts) won't cause any issues.
The key consideration is ensuring the voltage compatibility and the connector type match between the power cord and the docking station. The docking station is designed to draw the power it needs, up to its maximum rating, from the power supply. Therefore, using a higher wattage power cord won't harm the docking station as long as the voltage and connector specifications match."
Hope that helps. I would say keep an eye on it for a couple days and if you feel the unit is getting hot replace it with 120 Watt. I personally feel it will be fine, but also don't want to steer you wrong. If it was my stuff I would just leave it and monitor it for a few days.
