These reef get speared once or twice a year. They havnt been trained nor are we trying them. Sharks chasing fish in destress is no new trait it’s natural instinct for them.

At first I thought it was tearing off due to the gut shot, what slip tip were you using? 7:22, been watching a couple of recent vids of lads on the East coast trying to land a fish with the tax men coming in hot. Why don't you use a shark shield, pays for itself in no time and reduces the stress. Is it something people are doing to try and make content?? Nar wasn’t a gut shot smoked him middle off the body. We use mori slip tips never had this problem. Mmm some guys on this trip we’re using one and said that once the sharks honed in on the fish it didn’t make any difference. The tax rate is very high out in the deep blue Gil😂😂. That's amazing how quick those dirty buggers are on yr fish and in numbers. Awesome work on the dogtooth and jobby bro, good size too. 👍👏🏽 👉🏽💥🐟🍻

Sailfish are generally not considered good for eating due to their strong, fishy flavor and tough texture. They are primarily sought after as game fish for sport fishing rather than for consumption. If you're interested in trying a new type of fish, there are many other options with more favorable culinary qualitie@@LifeAdriftAU
Can't help but feel this is training the sharks that boats means easy meals. Needs new ideas on shark deterrents.
