Daniel Pacheco really! I hate fast food establishments due to the high content of unhealthy foods. Would rather eat at home and have 2 servings if I wish without the unhealthy fat content!

As a college student I don't have the money to spend on expensive foods some recipes on youtube require, I'm so thankful you show us cheap meals that are healthy too. I can't afford to pay a gym trainer or a nutritionist to tell me what to eat and I'm so happy these recipes are free. Wish you the best!

I really enjoy the single portion meals. No waste! It's much easier to double up if needed than to cut a recipe in half and still have leftovers that end up gettin tossed.

hahahaha torture? its feeding them healthy good things to make them smart with their eating habits in the future, ofcourse they will have a treat of mcdonalds or something once in a while but not everyday
Another tip for the first meal please season the chicken BEFORE you cook it and if you have the patience also put it in the fridge after seasoning for about an hour. It will have a lot more flavour to it. Also I would make the first meal with cajun seasoning🙂

So far I’ve made the Cod Recipe and the Turkey Penne. Both were on the table in less than 30 min. The flavors were great and don’t over-do it on the calories. I love the fresh foods since we do a whole food diet. Thank you!!
Be sure to wash and rinse your quinoa at least a couple of times before cooking it! Otherwise it'll have a bitter taste

Quick tip for everyone, use water or stock in a pan instead of oil. That will save you about 100 calories extra 😉

Lol I know right. For anyone who's got a clue in cooking and cuisine would not eat these weird mixtures on spray oil with the tiniest bit of salt. And 300-400 cals is not sufficient for dinner ! I lost 15kg in the last 10 months, all gradually, just changing a few bad habits, walking more and still eating the dishes I love. I can tell you none of my dinners were under 800cals. Good luck with the yo-yo effect to anyone following these.
@@leonorahasani6607 lmao, seriously? 😂😂😂 First of all you can make larger portions, no one who watches these will only eat THIS one meal throughout the day, with a breakfast, lunch and snacks you can easily eat up to almost 2000kcals a day which is normal and healthy, you won't have a yo-yo effect, also have you heard about bmr, everyone has their own healthy calorie intake, I'm a 19 year old girl who is 173cm and is currently weighing 62kg and doing workout 5-6 days a week, my recommended calorie intake is 2100 kcals. To lose weight it's 1980 kcal. Really not that hard to do. Also, what you should really pay attention to is your sugar intake, 25g of sugar is the recomennded for adult women. So get out with your nonsense.
