Colin Maybe but I’m not so sure, the problem with too much muscle is that it usually comes with a bulky, blocky appearance because when you have that much mass you’re also gonna have a nice belly with a good amount of fat. This dude is absolutely CUT, but even with that much muscle and being so lean he doesn’t look like he’s juicing which is a very clear and imo undesirable physique. Personally if I could pick any aesthetic I would choose one just like this although clearly he’s past what the majority of people can achieve naturally.

I saw this video 9 months ago and since then trained consistently to do one muscle up. People underestimate how hard this is. It took me 9 months to get my first clean muscle up from being able to do 0 pullups. And my form isn't even as perfect as max's, it would probably take years to get to his level. He is truly a god

The reality is if you've never done muscle ups or pulls ups you wouldn't even get that far. Requires training to pull your own body weight up at all. Most people just hang and flop around if they try it first time.

Max's physique has been my physique goal for a long time, and I can finally say that I'm getting close to it! I quit calisthenics and started lifting instead, but I still strongly believe that you can build a fantastic physique with calisthenics. The only downside would be mid delts, cuz I think there is nothing better for them than lateral raises.

Every tenth muscle up creates so much hypertrophy that it squeezes a muscular bundle off of his back which eventually grows into another version of the muscle up guy. Max's physique has been my physique goal for a long time, and I can finally say that I'm getting close to it!
I quit calisthenics and started lifting instead, but I still strongly believe that you can build a fantastic physique with calisthenics. The only downside would be mid delts, cuz I think there is nothing better for them than lateral raises.
I think that if you want his physique, you need to train like he does. The same exercises, the same form/reps goals.
