Hi Ring I have ring alarm pro and I have ring camera I paid for protect pro $20 a month but I can not see my history video they said the video for this event does not exist for all of 8 camera why?
I just set mine up, followed every direction exactly… and for the life of me cannot figure out why the Wifi LED on the back is a solid orange. I’ve looked up the help Ring provides, but it only talks about no LED, blinking red LED, and solid green LED. My real Wifi isn’t working properly… I think it’s only picking up the “backup internet” because my speeds are down from 640mb/640mb to nearly 6mb/6mb. But I have the station plugged into my router via Ethernet. So I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Is it possibly my internet provider doesn’t want people to use something like this?
Hi Herbie. Being able to successfully connect your Ring device to wifi is vital when it comes to protecting your home and providing you a peace of mind so we'd like to help.
