This is one of my favorite video's, I am new to adjusting, however, passed my TX license test with a lot of hands-on learning as well. Thank you for this podcast to help everyone in their new careers in the making, will be submitting an application!
@1600 when Hannah (host) says she can't focus if she's at home, that made me giggle just a bit. I LOVE being at home and/or remote. I am so much more relaxed, able to work, I get things done, and no one bothers me. I don't answer my phone if I'm working if it's not work-related. I don't have kids to bother me or friends dropping by. I LOVE being remote. I guess it's just "to each their own".
Fantastic video!! I just passed for my license in the state of Texas, I have no experience in adjusting but will be taking your advice from this helpful video and begin investing in other states licenses. Thank you! Sounds like a great company. 😊
This was a great interview guys! Lots of information that really helps the newbee! Wish you all were in Florida. I'm looking to be a Desk Adjuster in Florida. Keep them coming!

Thank you for making this video. I'm looking to transition to a new career. I've been in facilities maintenance/management for about 10 years. I'm wondering what kind of training, education and licesning a desk adjuster needs. Also, is it a good idea to take a pre-licensing training course online? I was looking at a couple different options for that. Currently, I live in Texas but am wanting to move to Florida at some point. I read that Texas and Florida have license reciprocity. I am looking for a desk job that has the potential for remote work.
We suggest checking out AdjusterPro, they have great guidelines for getting your license by state. And you can always check our website to see if CNC has any active training that might help!
Jesus, I would never work for that company. The company I work for paid for all my licensing upfront, I make $25 an hour PLUS $250 per claim I close. My checks can be over 12,000 a week sometimes. And I get paid every single week not every two weeks.

This is one of the best videos I've seen on desk adjusters... So many of the videos online at dedicated to field adjusting
Thanks so much! Glad we could help!
I agree so easy to understand
Also, many are geared to independent adjusters.

Same here. I'm just starting but excited to be at home!
Does CNC allow desk adjusters to work out of the country

I am planning to get my license here in NC this summer and start as a desk adjuster. Great video, and I will be reaching out to CNC.
Fantastic! We look forward to hearing from you!
Great information, I'm looking for another desk assignment 👍
Good info, I’m ready to switch careers and this is what I am looking at. I am looking into Adjuster Pro.
Great information, looking forward to becoming to licensed!
Thanks!
I'm in Florida and I'm about to complete my licensing. Definitely interested in field work in auto.
Congrats! You can always reach out to HR and see if we have any opportunities available!
How was the test? I may be getting it in Florida too if I accept a litigation claims examiner position for property claims

Many firms work differently on how they handle licensing, fee schedules, and pay. Glad you have a firm you enjoy working with!
What company do you work for??
What's the name of your company?
Do you just need a 6-20 license to be eligible to become a desk adjuster?
You can be an adjuster with 1 license (your home state), you'll just be far more deployable to be licensed in multiple states.
Great Information 👍🏾
Thank you!
Can I apply for desk adjusting if I currently work for a carrier?

are yall staff adjusters or independent?
Independent, thanks for asking!
