10 Self Care Habits You Can Start Today

A self care routine is important for our mental, emotional and physical health. After struggling with anxiety for so long, I found that incorporating simple self care practices throughout my day was even more beneficial than just setting aside one evening or morning to show myself love (but that does have a place too!). Once I started seeing these simple habits as self care, it became easier to find "me time" and care for myself and those around me. Hope you find these helpful! xx

I love these tips!! However: Chanel and Dior make pretty similar style perfumes like the more regular brands in the sense of ingredients and technique. Real luxury perfumes use less synthetic ingredients and less alcohol or a substitute like a body oil. Think of brands like Jo Malone, Zarko or Diptyque. These example brands target also younger women and have really nice, fresh and unique smells. Maybe if you come across them, try them out

Glad to hear it! Yes agreed - I’ve got a couple Jo Malone perfumes and Diptyque candles that are lovely! Dossier however does consider Chanel, Dior etc. as a part of their “luxury” inspiration fragrances ☺️
