    The two videos on this piece were very helpful. Did you know you're a percussion teacher? I'm helping my son learn this on marimba, and your clear demonstrations of how it is executed on violin gives us a lot of ideas and inspiration as how we might emulate the proper expression on a completely different instrument like marimba. Thanks for your help!

    This video is really great, I think I'm going to find my Czardas music now! :) I always like practicing it in the easier positions first because I know that its in tune and I can get the correct notes in my head before I try the actual fingering.

    Hola Daniel. Ademas, tengo otro video "How to play fast" que podria ayudar. Por favor visite a mi sitio School of Violin Artistry para otros videos, no de Czardas si no de otras temas que podrian aplicarse.

    Wonderful ! Great, great, great Video !
    I was about 3 or 4, 1948 / 1949, my Grandma played the Violin and she told me that the Violin had a Soul ! I wanted to see the Soul of her Violin. I could not ! So, to get the Soul out quickly, I filled her Violin with Water. She died a few months later !

    i think he exaggerates wayyyyyyy too much.
    And the vibrato is moving the wrist, not the half of the arm

    • @jonathanvasquezvln3082
      @jonathanvasquezvln3082 9 років тому +1

      Idiot. You don't know what you're talking about. What's beautiful about a simple, beginner wrist vibrato? The arm vibrato is much more mature and helps achieve a richer tone.

    • @noahj7824
      @noahj7824 9 років тому

      +Vasco18 VLN Very true. Arm vibrato sounds much more mature. The only thing is, vibrato with the wrist only, is much greater especially if you can get the same sound.

    • @plexq
      @plexq 9 років тому +1

      +XxSpiKeDxX Masters exist from both wrist and arm schools, though I have to say, arm vibrato for double-stops and notes above 5th position seems easier to me. I've noticed many folks who use wrist vibrato struggle to match vibrato rate to the rate of the music correctly.
