    This is a great demo, but for a new beginner you should make a video showing how to setup the studio and audio settings

    When I click to Adapt to Zoom, I only get options for various milliseconds.

      You need to click the small down arrow at the very right of the timeline (as in where it is showing the numbers at the top of the project window) and select 'bars and beats'. That should sort it

    Changed from 10 to 14, tell me how to change the instrument on the instrumental track? before I clicked on the inscription and selected the second VST, now it's not like that

    Cubase is frustrating. I downloaded the work files and extracted them but Cubase will not open the folder to use them. I can drag them from my folder on the desktop and drop them in but Cubase will not open the folder in the media tab. Secondly, I only have three files available to me on your link. Juss great, I am done here.

      Sounds like you have a common issue in Cubase. Easy fix, just watch this video vimeo.com/451164327

    Do you use in this course the new functions of Cubase 14 like the new Drum Track and Modulation etc. ? Because I already own your beginner course of C13.

    • @Borntoproduce
      @Borntoproduce  2 місяці тому

      We only use a few new functions and tools. As this is a beginner course we kept it simple, so no need to purchase again if you have already done a previous one :)

      Hi, not at the moment, we are looking into it though. This course will be the first to have subtitles, but we don't have an exact timeline at the moment. All the best

    I really appreciate your videos which have helped me a lot. One thing I would like to know is? When I create a verse part ,than a chorus part. How can I transition between the two without it sounding like change in section

    • @Borntoproduce
      @Borntoproduce  2 місяці тому +1

      It would depend on the track, but normally we use some sort of SFX sounds, like risers, reverse cymbals to lead up to the next section and then perhaps a crash cymbal at the start of the next section. This creates a bit of tension and then release which helps the track move along. There are many ways of doing this, but that is one simple way.

      Are you using Cubase AI or LE? That is the free version of Cubase which is very limited. This course is compatible with Elements and upwards. We do have a free course for AI/LE users, just look at our playlists :)

    Cubase is the BEST!!!!!!!

  • @jesserichard2268
    @jesserichard2268 27 днів тому

    That seems like ALOT of step and things to do to simply put in a couple of kick drum sounds.

    • @Borntoproduce
      @Borntoproduce  26 днів тому

      It may seem that way at first, but once you have done it 3-4 times it is super quick, and then you have all the benefits of using the sampler track and the MIDI is is easier to arrange later on, so whilst it might seem initially like it is more work than dragging in the audio you save time overall and have greater control over the samples :)

    this tutorial is not for beginers. you start with sampler tack that is advance bro

    • @Borntoproduce
      @Borntoproduce  Місяць тому

      Yes it absolutely is for beginners, and the thousands of people who have followed our beginner tutorials where we use the sampler track from the beginning of the course have never ever complained about it. What you might be missing is that whilst the sampler track in it's entirety would be too complex for a complete beginner to learn; at the beinning of the tutorial we only use it to load samples, which is very easy to do and has benifits later on.
