I can't wait for every tekken fan to play this bad boi and I'm glad it's cross save and crossplay with not just ps5, but also sx/ss, and steam. Some games like GTA, RDR should definitely take serious notes of implementing cross saves and crossplay. But anyway have fun everyone

Yup, it'll just repeat what Tekken 7 did to Street Fighter 5 and MK11 in the competitive scene. Tekken 7 had an amazing run especially with their final tournament send off. Tekken 8 is the start of a new, amazing era.

@@faizalskhan95 I own SF6, MK1, and have T8 pre-ordered. SF6 can be waited on because there will eventually be a championship edition; Mortal Kombat 1 isn't worth it; Tekken is a definite day one buy.

@tangiblemammal5273 That doesn't make it objectively better. A lot of people prefer smaller rosters, and sf6 has a decently sized roster

Tekken has always stuck to its core roots as a fighting game. Gameplay wise and improved over the years. Unlike Mortal Kombat 11 and Mk 1😢😮😅 which just refuses to give players what they want and just goes left!

Best fighter this gen. It's the only one that looks next gen graphically, the gameplay is bliss. I stopped playing the SF6, MK1 beta after a few matches. I can't stop playing the Tekken 8 demo, there is something very special about this game, I've been playing fighting games since the 90's.
Sf6 is wayyyyyy better than 5 but it didn't keep me hooked. I'm sure Tekken 8 will keep me interested.
Agreed. I gave SF6 and MK1 a shot. I never touched SF6 again, I rarely touch MK1 but I’m so keen for Tekken

As someone who skipped Tekken 7, this is absolutely the definitive edition of the series. I may not have played DBZ, or SF6, but I will play purchase and play Tekken 8.

It's way lower than Tekken 7 on consoles but yea PC is the best version.

I've never been a fan of hyper realistic graphics of real models in video games, this style of high quality graphics of more cartoon like features is way better imo, like sf6 as well.
