Thank you for the great coverage. What about creating a professional listening environment? Even using Apple TV 7.1.4 capabilities. Is it ok to use QCS or Meyer-grade compact speakers?
Good video. Shame it uses the imperial system instead of metric though. Almost nobody uses imperial and it's always annoying to do the conversion. Also adds in possibility for errors. Next time just use meters per second please
not gonna happen , it is like NFTs only the top of the pyramid tries to claim that it is the muuuhhhh " future " , the overwhelming majority of people don't give a F because no matter what they say , atmos mixes don't translate well at all on non pro equipment in an untreated room or on headphones
Really appreciate you guys putting this video together - totally demystifies a DOLBY ATMOS setup. Thanks!
This is so good! Great video and information
I love Dolby... I hope my dreams come true. I've got an eye for a couple of deals with Dolby Atmos
So, basically, you can still configure what we consider a "standard bedroom" to be an atmos room? If so, that's stellar!
Absolutely man, we have a full ATC 9.2.6 Setup in a spare bedroom which is 3.5 x 3.2 x 2.5 meters, as you say man.. Stellar!
Congratulations your the best so far to explain the hardware that goes into the hardware in Atmos and not just Speakers
Thank you team

Great video summarizing the needs of a studio and technically informative! Well done.
is mac studio good for atmos mixing mastering??and what configuration??
Can anyone explain if I should do for a studio 9.1.4 or 9.1.6 room is 18x20
Is it a problem if my room is 9,2 ft wide?
ভালো লাগে,
অনেক কষ্টে অনেক পছন্দের,অনেক কিছু শিক্ষছি!

Wow
can you also watch movies with this setup?

21:12 run time - only nerds will get it
this thing... why did you bring it to the music world?
A very good question!
You can thank Apple.

Thanks for ending the hopes and dreams of independent musicians, and for ending the democratization of music distribution.

Nahhh, this is utter nonsense, music isn’t performed above and behind you, go see a local band or orchestra to verify
Not heard of metric?
Didn't ask for it, don't need it, don't want it. Dolby Atmos is a dead 🦜
