Yes, Eli does voice acting outside of his VP duties. He's the one we hear (usually) when there's another "voice" in a VP song, like Sandy Claws in Oogie Boogie, the guard in Hellfire, and the super evil villain guy in Mission: Jingle Bells. The ethereal high voice floating over them here is Elizabeth Garozzo, who we get to see on camera in Hall of the Mountain King.
Adriana's mom Michelle and Geoff's wife Kathy used to sing in a band together and have been good friends for years. According to Michelle's channel, Adriana had been wanting to sing with the guys since she was little. For her 15th birthday, the guys made a video inviting her to record and film with them. It worked out so well, they've done several more. Full videos as well as minis.
No it was not her doing the high notes. It was Elizabeth Garozzo from Hall of the Mountain KIng. Yes Eli is a voiceover artist, and usually does any talking parts in VP videos. Adriana has done several videos with them now.
The fact that Adriana was this good at 15 and seeing her in her other voiceplay videos over the years is showing just how insanely good she is. She’s barely out of her teens (if she even is 20 yet) and she’s as good if not better than so many singers out there on the radio (don’t come for me but I think she has a far more interesting voice than TS). I can only imagine how good she’ll sound in the next decade. She should be a huge star!
I'm very old and missed the Disney Frozen era, so this was all new to me when Voiceplay did it. They had heard Adrianna sing, friends with her parents. On her 15th birthday, I believe they sent her a video invitation to sing with them. The invitation is on her UA-cam channel. She was so young for the first three covers she did with them that her mother had to be on set.

The ethereal voice is Elizabeth Garozzo (seen in The Hall of the Mountain King). A lot of folks agree with it sounding better than the original. Love that Layne gets his carrots in. Yes, Eli does some voice acting because he's so good at it.
