It presents an opportunity for drivers to milk the clock and take 15 minutes for 5 minute orders. That is THE worst incentive model for this business. The contract system is vastly more efficient in so many more ways. STOP interfering.

They’ve already screwed it up. Outsourced food delivery here is just too expensive compared to other areas, even without the $5 fee.
