'Fewer Sunday scaries': Workers praise San Juan County's new 32-hour work week

Last October San Juan County decided to try something different.
County workers traded in the old 40-hour work week for 32 hours.
Same pay. Same workload. The same level of productivity is expected.

This only works for workers that are making a living wage. The underpaid will still have to work 2 jobs.

Good move: i believe society / humamity got inventions tools handed down we can acomplish things faster and have more time for what really matters and notcto continue work ourselves to death with tools because never enough. ;) more time for enlightenment, learn about ourselves, the planet we live on and rest ! ❤
